We had already purchased two toilets and then contacted Jackson, they were able to send someone out the next day. After an initial miscommunication about when he would be there (closer to noon than to 9 a.m.) Darrin arrived and immediately started to work. He was courteous and professional and not only removed the old toilets but also the large boxes that the new toilets came in. There was one problem, one toilet was too tall to fit under the bathroom shelf, so it was greatly appreciated when Darrin calmly surveyed the situation and produced a jigsaw to cut out the perfect opening so the toilet would fit. He also took care with the caulking and cosmetic touches.

We had already purchased the faucet and disposal, he just installed them for us. Their service was good, but I did think their price was a little high.

Good. He canceled one visit, but was prompt and thorough when he did the work.

He said by replacing everything, it would ensure that nothing else would rust and it would probably last for another 10 years.

This company was professional, courteous and very detailed at fixing the problem. We were completely satisfied.

We have used them for electrical work and weren t as satisfied as we were this time with their plumbing department. The men that came were neat, professional, and they got the job done right the first time around.

After the installation, a friend was getting shocked while taking a bath. We couldn't figure out what it was, so we got another electrician to look at the circuit breaker box and he found that the hot water heater wasn't correctly grounded. After he adjusted this there was no problem, but Jackson should have realized this before they left.

We were new owners of an existing home and they were able to do everything, that we asked them to do. They took care of an immediate need the first time and then they came back and replaced the toilet. I really appreciated them telling us to go buy the toilet on our own, because it ended up saving us a lot of money. They have a hundred and twenty-seven dollar minimum service charge. I thought the price was very fair, for the amount of work they did.

2:45 am Sunday morning, pipe coming from outside faucet busted resulting in water coming into the house through the outside wall. We shut off breakers to water pump well. Called plumber about 8 am, he showed up at about 10 am, and recommended to just install a shutoff valve to the outside faucet, and reschedule another appointment to replace the broken pipe at the normal plumber rate. Their emergency Sunday morning high rate (was quoted in advance) is $57 trip charge plus $6 fuel surcharge plus $41.50 per 15 minutes labor charge. So total onsite labor charge was $83 for half an hour to install and test shutoff valve. The valve was $12.96. The plumber was Brad and was very professional, easy to deal with, who recommended a good quick fix to save money. I gave a B for punctuality because he said he would be here in 45 minutes to an hour, but showed up about 2 hours later. But it was early Sunday morning and we were glad to see him. He did apologize for being late.

We called them at 4:30 pm. The company was super-efficient, coming out the same day, with no over-time charge. Because of a valve problem after a new refrigerator was delivered, (and the ice-maker from the old refrigerator was not disconnected properly) we needed a quick plumbing job done. Employee #115 (Mark?) fixed that, and also replaced a refill valve in the guest toilet -- it had been making a loud whining noise. A tiny leak remained after they left, but they promptly sent out someone to repair it. The bill was a little more than I expected, but I guess we were captive customers, as we needed to fly home shortly and wanted to get it done right.

JTS plumber came early in AM, shortly after calling. Leak detection came and found the leak and broke open the concrete floor. JTS plumber came later in day to fix leak. Elected to fix the hole myself to minimize the mess associated with the repairs.

Our air conditioning died in the spring and we called them for an estimate to replace it. They came promptly, gave us all of our options along with costs, gave us time to consider and/or get other estimates, came back promptly when we called, and then installed a new heating/air conditioning system as a replacement. Everything is fine now.

We called and they came within a couple of hours the same day. They explained that they worked by the hour and then did the work.
