I purchased a custom fabric chair from Haverty's and it started pilling almost immediately. After 6 months, it looked quite worn. This was unusual as it was an $1,800.00 chair and supposed to be upholstery fabric. I contacted Haverty's and at first they sent a rep who said it was normal wear and tear. That was unacceptable. I went to the store and Brian, the manager in Naples, told me to shop and choose any other chair (or fabric) and the defective piece would be removed. I chose a leather lounger instead (less money), it was delivered within a couple of days, and I just received a check for the difference in what I paid. I am so happy with the service provided by Haverty's. I'm 61 and have purchased numerous items over my years of moving and staging homes. Haverty's is now my go to store as they have a fabulous showroom and tremendous service follow up. Thank you!
