They are reliable, their prices are reasonable, and we have worked with them for over 20 years.

They have been doing work for me for the past 15 years. They are wonderful. They have replaced garage doors for me and they are always "Johnnie on the Spot" when you call them, never a problem with them. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Service was performed efficiently and professionally. My story is as follows:

I called Garage Doors of Naples to fix a broken garage door arm. My telephone call was answered promptly and courteously, and I gave the representative the appropriate information so that a service date could be scheduled with my renter.

Garage Door of Naples contacted my renter and set up the service date.

Garage Door of Naples serviceman arrived on time, corrected problem and also performed routine service on my garage door.

My renter and I was satisfied with the service.

They were every good overall, very professional to work with. I would not hesitate to call them back out! They worked around my scheduled to accommodate me.

Our garage door came off the tracks and I needed help now. I called Garage Doors of Naples and was told they were very busy today but they would call one of the servicemen. The woman who answered the telephone came back to me quickly and said I was in luck that there would be a serviceman to my home within 15 minutes, and he actually was there in 15 minutes. Keith looked over the problem, saw what happened and proceeded to fix the door and put it back on the track. He noticed that the track on the other side of the door was also worn very badly and would probably "tear" as well in the near future, so he repaired that as well, and then noticed that the one track for the door was not aligned evenly which was probably causing some of the stress on the door and the wheels and the motion up and down. I was thrilled with Keith, with his 19 years of experience he made my day and my pocketbook very happy

They did a good job. I wasn't here when they came to do the work but my husband was very pleased with them. The quality was very good and they were very quick to respond. I met them when they came to review their work and I really liked the gentleman. He was very nice. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Service was scheduled for between 3:00PM-5:30 PM. The technician called to say he would be 20 minutes or so late. He arrived within 20 minutes and immediately began to analyze the problem. He replaced a contact point and the remote battery ($4.00extra). He was very pleasant and personable. He worked quickly. He also lubricated and balanced the door and made sure everything worked smoothly.
