- Fast responsiveness to our inquiry. Bradd reviewed the system we had and our wants/needs and recommended modifications to better meet our needs. For example, to supplement the whole-house audio, he installed several Sonos speakers that seamlessly fit into the audio system and gave us access to a broad new set of audio sources. In the home theater installation, he identified ways to best fit the existing projector into the room that was not ideally configured for it.
- Very professional quote. Bradd prepared an itemized list of all needed equipment and installation time. He arranged for an electrical contractor to install needed new outlets. There were no surprises.
- Excellent installation. The installation crew is well trained, extremely courteous, and professional. They took great care in moving furniture, drilling holes, mounting equipment, etc; and cleaned up carefully and thoroughly. They were happy to answer all questions that we asked during the installation and were very patient in explaining to us how to use the new equipment.
- Great follow-up. They asked how our system was working and when we mentioned a couple of glitches (e.g., picture on screen sometimes went blank for a few seconds about 10 minutes after starting the projector), they came back and modified programming to fix them.
We will definitely use Gamma Tech for additional future enhancements to our home audio and theater system.
