Description of Work: Left message for someone to call me in reference to a TV repair. Within two days a man called back to set up an appointment. After initial call, he never came by on scheduled day or called back to reschedule.

+ -1 moreVery good experience. My husband and I arranged by telephone with this gentleman to go to my mothers to repair her TV. We had agreed on a ball park estimate, very reasonable and when arrivng at my 84 year old mothers home, he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He made a call to the store as the TV was still under warranty and the store covered the repair. He phoned us back in Ohio and advised us of such. It is very nice to know there are people who will not take advantage of elderly people and are very honest and reliable. We will definitely use him again!!

+ -1 moreThe repairman was held up so he called to say he would be late, he arrived at the new expected time. We had exchanged the cabinets that held the cable box etc. under 2 TVs only to find the cables were now too short to connect to the equipment. He had the necessary cables and fished through the wall to connect the new cables. One of the TVs then wouldn't connect to cable service. He called Comcast and the problem was solved.
Description of Work: Replaced cables for wall-hung TV.
