She brought in two other people to help her and was on time. However, (1) didn't follow instructions. I told her not to touch the drapes, but one of her people tried to open them anyway. (2) Moved all of my medications and she made a comment about how many I had. (3) Moved furniture to clean and didn't put it back. I found one small table in the hallway. (4) Complained about how hard the floor was to clean, and didn't clean it well. (5) Dropped two framed photos; thankfully, the glass didn't break. I cancelled the next appointment and told her why.

I hired the provider to deep clean the home I just purchased prior to moving in my personal belongings.  The provider did a mediocre job at best. In addition, the provider did not clean my half bathroom as requested, leaving that responsibility for my family and I. My wife and I are extremely disappointed...the level of service did not meet our expectations.  The service definitely wasn't worth $320.

It was very good. She is very responsible. On time and did everything she said she would do.

They are professional, thorough and they use natural staff. They avoid chemical staff.

The staff have been extremely thorough and helpful every time.The staff use vinegar to clean because it is more natural. This company is family owned. We have recommend them to a friend.

It was great in the beginning.  However there were days where they didn't show up.  The cleaning started to be not as thorough but I didn't complain since I just liked a clean house every 2 weeks.  Then they just didn't show anymore and that was 2 months ago - so I guess they have removed my house off of their list.  I am done with their services!

It went great. I love how they clean. They use all natural cleaners. Vinegar included. Dust off fans. They do good work. You will not be disappointed !!!!

We've been using Connie's now for 3 months. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning and now we are on monthly maintenance cleanings.
Connie's team is professional, thorough and polite. Connie's team is usually 2-3 folks and they take about 3 hours to clean our 2300 sq. ft. home. 
We'll continue to use Connie for our house cleaning services.

Connie and her team were fantastic! We are prepping our house for sale and needed some real professionals to get it whipped into shape. Connie and her team came in and got right to work. They cleaned in places that we didn't even know were dirty. Over the years we have used other cleaning services but I have never experienced anyone with this level of detail and pride in their work.

I can completely and totally recommend Connie and her team for any cleaning challenge that you may have. She will put a big smile on your face and a like new shine on your home.

CONNIE'S NATURAL CLEANIING SERVICE HAS BEEN MAINTAINING OUR HOME SINCE FEBRUARY 2013. IT WAS ALWAYS ON  SATURDAY, WITH A FOUR HOUR WINDOW - BETWEEN 12:00 PM TO 4:00P PM WHICH WE AGREED TO. HOWEVER, IT LEFT US WAITING, WE WERE ALWAYS THE LAST JOB OF THE DAY.

WE CHOSE THE FLAT MONTHLY RATE FOR FOUR WEEKS. AS OF JUNE, 2013, WE DECIDIED THAT EVERY THREE WEEKS WOULD WORK OUT BETTER. EITHER WAY THE CLEANING CREW WOULD LEAVE OUR HOUSE ( WITH A CREW OF TWO, THREE, SOMETIMES FOUR) AFTER 5:00 PM OR 6: PM. MANY TIMES CONNIE WOULD SAY THEY WERE SHORT ON HELP.

WE GAVE CONNIE ADVANCED NOTICE  (AT LEAST BY TUESDAY) IF WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE THE CLEAINING SERVICE COME THAT SATURDAY. THIS HAS OCCURD ONLY FOUR TIMES. THIS WAY SHE COULD MAKE CHANGES TO HER SCHEDULE.

IN MAY, 2014 WE DEDCIDED TO GO ON AN HOURLY RATE, BASICALLY BECAUSE THE CLEANING CREW KNEW OUR HOME AND WAS CLEANING IT IN A MUCH MORE TIMELY FASHION. SINCE THEN, THE CLEANING CREW CAME LATER, WITH MORE PERSONS AND TOOK LONGER!!I

I CALLED CONNIE ON TUESDAY 7/8/2014 AT 1:10 PM AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE ON SATURDAY 7/12/2014 DUE TO FACT WE WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE AND PLEASE RETURN MY CALL THAT SHE RECEIVED MY MESSAGE. NO RETURN CALL.

I CALLED CONIE BACK WEDNESDAY MORNING 7/9/2014 ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT SHE REMOVED ME FROM HER SCHEDULE PERMANTLY DUE TO PRIOR CANCELLATIONS - SHE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO RETURN MY CALLS OR LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS NO LONG IN HER SCHEDULE !!  BAD MANAGEMENT. I WONDER, DID SHE PLAN ON LETTING ME KNOW THIS? 

I AM SURE THAT CONNIE WILL DISPUTE THIS, HOWEVER, IT IS THE TRUTH.

Connie and her team cleaned my 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in preparation for renting it out.  I had lived there 20+ years and never had it professionally cleaned.  They scoured every nook and cranny and left it in immaculate condition.  I was disappointed that I would not be the one enjoying the sparkling clean house!   The only issue was that they did not arrive at the time we arranged.  Connie had 2 workers out sick and her own child was sick requiring her to be home.  Her team was behind and did not arrive at the house until late afternoon, but they worked until late that night to finish the job.  Connie was able to join them and ensured a thorough cleaning.  In the end, Connie came through for me and I was satisfied despite the late start.  I would definitely use her services again.

In the beginning the crew showed up on time. I was able to give instructions and leave while the cleaning was in progress. Later, the crew would arrive earlier than expected. When that happened, one crew member would chain smoke in the car (I had a visual from inside the Apt.) before gathering materials to clean. I explained to Connie that an early arrival from the crew was an inconvenience for me. The last straw, was when the crew arrived early. Instead of buzzing my Apt. number, (they evidently forgot my Apt. #) one cleaning member began shouting my name from outside the complex. My Apt. is located on the first level, facing the street. The next day, I called Connie and cancelled all future services.

As other reviews have noted, I don't think you can get better quality than Connie's. Beautiful and clean natural fragrance to the whole apartment when they finished. Looked to me like what a home show would have presented . Fast and thorough pair of workers. Really happy that we called her after reading Angie's List.
