About us
We are a full service HVAC company with offices in Naples, Ft. Myers and North Venice, Florida. We serve the SW coastal communities from Bradenton to Everglades City and the adjoining inland communities in those counties. Conditioned air has over 300 full time employees, including more than 65 service technicians, and we have over 35,000 units under contract. We were named the Contractor of the Year for 2010 by the ACCA and received the Uncommon Friends Foundation Business Ethics Award in 2011. 2012 marked our 50th anniversary. Most recently in 2014, Conditioned Air was awarded Best Contractor to Work For in the South by the ACHR NEWS magazine.

I use Contitioned Air for the maintenance on both AC units in my home so when I had continuous breakdowns with the main AC they suggested that it was time I replaced it. I didn't listen to them and let them repair the unit again, and again and again until after spending a great deal of money on repairs finally let them give me a price on a new one.
I obtained quotes from three AC companies listed as "A" on Angies List. All three came in about the same price so for price I rated Conditioned Air as "A". By far Conditioned Air had the best salesman. He had been with the company for some time and he had previous experience as a repairman so I felt that he knew what he was talking about. He was able to tell me which brands would work best for the space we had to work with and what if any modifications would have to be made. We chose two brands to work with and he gave me three choices for each brand. Overall he made my decision much easier. I told him about one of my rooms being colder than the rest and he told me how he was going to fix that by revising some duct work. The other salesmen did not impess me at all compared to Chris from Conditioned Air and the prices were similar so I went with Conditioned Air.
They were able to install my new AC unit within two days, the installation went smoothly and without a hitch. The air conditioned works exactly as they promised. The cold room is now the same temperature as the rest of the rooms and I can't hear the air conditioner at all.

When the Installers finally arrived they went right to work. They were quiet, swift, and clean. They even fixed some items that were overlooked by my inspector when I purchased the home!
