Bob's Air Conditioning

Great! Showed up in time, resolved the problem, and gave a very fair invoice. Very polite and explained the repairs in a way that was easy to understand.

Bob was a gentleman and very professional and courteous from the get go. His way of doing business by being up front and honest was very welcome and refreshing. I have hired other AC contractors is the past and Bob is head and shoulders above the rest of them. I strongly recommend Bob's Air above the other big name contractors. He charges a fair price and his attention to detail is impeccable.

Bobby did everything he could in a manner that would be the least expensive for us. Unfortunately, the units couldn't be repaired and we will have to buy replacements. He was responsive and considerate and I have asked him to oversee the acquisition of replacement units and installation.

They were very polite, and they fixed the refrigerator.  They fixed my problem that's all I wanted them to do.  It was reasonably priced.  I didn't do any comparison for the price.  The refrigerator is still working.  They responded very quickly.  They were on time.

He worked straight through and it was ready by the evening. I called around and the same type unit was a lot more money at each company. I think because he is a smaller business he does not have all the overhead.The only tough part was he does not take credit cards, and it is not always easy to come up with that kind of money that fast!I would have recommend Bob to anyone needing assistance with fixing or needing a new air conditioner unit.

The guy who came out for the maintenance check said that I didn?t have to pay him when he left and it was unbelievable. However, I didn?t agree and he said that he would take just $100. I gave him $150 because he did a lot more for me than just the air conditioning check. He was very friendly and polite. He knew his stuff too. The price was pretty good. He was supposed to come about a week ago but he broke his ankle. So he was supposed to come on Friday at 2 o?clock but I didn?t get a call from him till 9 o?clock. So I called him and he told me that it was still taking some more time. The responsiveness part was really not his fault but it was a little irritating. I would use their services in the future too.

The owner personally came out. He was on time and spent hours trying to repair the unit. He did have to leave at one point because of another appointment, but came back at night to finish the job and make sure we had air for that evening.

Contacted after receiving a diagnostic service call and estimate from a company found on Angie's List that totaled $1464. Diagnostic service call, parts and labor to repair the unit totaled $225.00.
