Dan Baber met us promptly at our rental property and gave us several helpful recommendations to assist us in the long term maintenance of the rental property. He worked with us to modifiy the management agreement to our satisfaction and promply rented the property to a new tenant. He has been very responsive it working with us on several repair issues that have come up. Although we haven't been using him long we are very happy with our experience so far.
