They have been very good. I continue to use them. We need to have steady pest coverage. They are excellent. They know who the customer is. They treat them well. The people they send out are very courteous. Some of the work is done exterior and some interior.

We were having a problem with palm rats in the attic. Bill was recommended to us by the president of our homeowners association. He did a very through job getting rid of the rats and sealing the attic from further intrusion. His fee for the attic rat problem was $500. It was a big job and we thought the fee was fair. Since that time, we have hired B & T for our regular pest control service. He does the inside once a year and the outside every three months, unless we have a problem between treatments. Then he comes at no charge. The charge is $300 for the year. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
