AVICA Construction, Inc., a premiere Naples builder and building contractor, was established in 2007 and is in its seventh (7th) year of operation for sub-contracting under Kraft Construction, Inc. & Henning Group, Naples, FL. Concentrated efforts are made toward providing quality workmanship, service and administrative attention in the commercial, multi-family and custom residential markets. We strive for complete satisfaction and take pride in our customer warranty service after construction is completed. We are a local firm, with local interests. Our involvement in building in this community extends beyond our business interests, but deep into the civic area, not-for-profit groups and area schools. We are committed to their success as well. We are accustomed to working with strict budgets and deadlines. We take both of these very serious, and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Our customer service / warranty department is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We service what we build. Commercial – Sushi Thai of Naples, Trilogy Restaurant, IHOP, Grande Hotel, Buenos Aires, Jakarta International Trade Centre, Indonesia, Residential – Mendelzon Family in the Estates, Miller & Anderson Family in Olde Naples, Rosenberg Family in Aspen, Colorado. Our management style is flexible and "hands on". We are a medium size construction firm, closely managed by its owner and officers. All projects are priced by our estimating team. These individuals will work with the owners until all pricing is agreed upon and a contract is executed. All projects can be "Value Engineered". We have been successful in reducing costs significantly. After this stage the project is then turned over to the Project Manager who is responsible for the office to field management. This includes all communication of all correspondence to the Project Superintendent, as received by the architect, owner and subcontractors. The project manager will be the contact for the owner until the project is completed. The project then moves into the "Close-Out" stage which consists of multiple facets of the project, including completion of the punch list work, warranty documents, as-built drawings, inspections, training and systems turn-over, final release of lien affidavits, etc...
