I'm not sure if I will use them again.  They ARE open on Saturdays, their technician was well trained and cordial, but they truly charged us too much for the part.  So while I was glad to get this all done within a few hours of my call, I honestly feel they took advantage of my predicament by overcharging  for the simple part.

Matt arrived within the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty components. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional and personable.

This company is outstanding! I was near our GE profile refrig  when I heard a pop & sizzle followed by a sweet smell. We turned the refrig off and called Always Speedy Service at 8:30am. We spoke with owner Tom who scheduled an appt. between 10-2. The service tech. Fabian was at our door by 10:30am. Within an hour, the relay that burned out was repaired, we had the water filter changed as an extra, problem fixed! Fabian was terrific, very professional, courtesy & knew his product. As new condo owners, with no history on our appliances, we have Speedy's number at the top of the list should we have any further appliance issues. Very fair pricing also. Thank you Speedy & Angie's List!

Determined that a part needed to be replaced. After receiving a price quote for the part, we opted to replace the unit.

I knew what the problem with my washing machine was when I called Always Speedy Appliance Service and tried to determine on the phone call whether it made sense to arrange a service call, or if I was perhaps looking at needing to buy a new washing machine.  The person I spoke with explained this type of determination could not be made by phone and told me that no one would be able to call me about it.  It was my error to make the appointment, as the answer that it wasn't cost effective to make the repair was determined in approximately two minutes.  The service person who came out was helpful and professional.  However, I'm used to dealing with companies who are more service oriented and are interested in finding out whether it makes sense to arrange a service call to begin with. I did not find this to be the case in this instance, and therefore, I cannot recommend this company.

I called and estimator came within 90 minutes. Estimated cost of repairs was about $400 so I opted to get a new dishwasher.

Cost of estimate was $75, which had been specified during my initial phone contact.

The refrigeration in my built-in, high end refrigerator stopped working. Everything in my freezer was defrosting and the fridge side was warming up quickly. Always Speedy responded to my call for help and sent a technician to my house on a Saturday morning, less than 48 hours after my request. The tech arrived on time, was wearing a clean uniform, greeted me in a freindly but professional manner, and immediately went to work. He discovering the problem in about 10 minutes. About 1 hour later, after replacing a part, cleaning the coils and testing the operations, everything was running like new again. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge, and would phone them again for any similar kind of appliance repair requirements. A great job overall.

Had a rather complicated issue with a sub-zero refrigerator, requiring two trips. Angel (+ Rosa) communicated frequently, arrived on a timely basis, and completed work without a hitch.  This is my "go-to" firm for appliance repair.
P.S.  After writing this review, I experienced a power surge that affected a relay switch on this refrigerator...  Angel came out, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part - no charge for service call or part!

When I called, they made an appointment the next day and the technician was there at the time of the appointment. The office called me to let me know that the tech was on the way. He was knowledgable and determined the issue very quickly. He called his shop to order the part needed and I was given the exact cost before he left. They said they would receive the part quickly and the repair would be done in the next 2-3 days. I was called a day later that the part was in and the technician could complete the repair on that day. He was prompt and effecient. Replaced the part and stayed a while to make sure all was working properly. I was very satisfied with the service and would call them again if I need this kind service.

nothing on repair as weHe fixed refrigerator quickly.  Most amazing he told us that we would be better off buying a new dishwasher after he took him an hour to dismantle the old one.  He charged us the flat home visit fee for the dishwasher and made nothing on the repair.  We took his advice and buy a replacement.

They are very prompt, and I think they did not charge extra to come outside of normal business hours. They are quick, and they did a good job. I never had to call them back.

They came out the next day.  Diagnosed and ordered the necessary part.  Explained that it would be 7-10 days to get part.  When the part arrived they came the next day to replace it.  Very friendly and efficient.

The service man asked me many questions in order to diagnose the exact problem with each appliance. He repaired both very quickly and then gave me additional instructions on further steps to take if the dryer was not drying as efficiently as it should. That was not necessary as he had cleaned alot of lint out and it works fine.

Responsive to our calls, quick to come out and diagnosed problem and took care of it.

We were able to get an appointment same day. The repairman arrived on time, was efficient and courteous and had the necessary parts in his truck. Would definitely use them again.

The repair man showed up as promised, was very efficient, polite and thorough. It was a small part, but hard to get to, but he did a great job. The best part is Always Speedy has a zillion parts on their truck, so no need for a second appointment to install, as parts do not need to be ordered (mostly).
