He had to take the whole thing a part from the inside because it was iced up. It was a couple of hours of work. This is the second time he has come and he showed up exactly when he was supposed to. He's a really nice guy and he works for himself. He really cares about his customers. I think he's pretty good and better than anyone else I had in thirteen years. I've had two excellent visits from him so far.

Here it is a Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. We kept hearing a loud clicking sound coming from the refrigerator and realized something was wrong. Of course, the refrigerator is full of recently purchased frozen and other refrigerated food. Why tried the GE repair line, but they want to sell you the world. After going through a maze of telephone queries with GE and finally getting a pushy telephone sales rep, I gave up. Found a listing for Absolut around 3:30 PM; he said that he would be out between 5 and 6 PM. He pulled in the driveway just before 5PM. Quickly checked out the problem, replaced the circuit board, and we were back in business. We also have a 90-day parts warranty.
