Ken Bricker, the installer, showed up on time, rekeyed the locks, made some new keys, listened to what I wanted done and then did it., and gave me some advice on future projects. No strain; fast, professional, effective. The gal who took my call to schedule the service to begin with was also just right.

Craig did a great job for us. Did what he could on the spot. Ordered the parts needed for some special requests we wanted. Prompt, courteous, professional.

We called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Craig, our technician, arrived on time, assessed the problem and determined that we needed to replace the old keypad. He phoned his office to verify the correct replacement style was in stock, left to pick it up, and returned shortly to install the new keypad. He clearly explained how to program the new unit and was very professional in everything he did. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this locksmith company.

Gary, my technician, was polite and extremely helpful. I had just moved into a new home and was unfamiliar with how my front door locked. I called A Locksmith and Gary fixed everything quickly and gave me a tutorial on how all my locks worked. He went out of his way to not make me feel like I should have known how to work my door lock. He was very upbeat and did not mind at all to be called out late on a Sunday night. In fact, I am going to have all my doors rekeyed soon, and I will call A Locksmith to do the work.
