They came out and picked up my rug, promising to clean my rug and even re-dye the rug where needed after cleaning it. Not only did they do a beautiful job cleaning and dyeing the rug, but they provided a new padding for it. Aharon was very professional and knows his business inside and out. I was very happy with the outcome.

Excellent and very progessional job. They leave my rugs spotless cleaning. They take care of the removing all furnitures and possition them back carefulley.

The appointment was made promptly, they showed up exactly on time, and gave me a very fair estimate for all the work that needed doing. In addition, the owner took time to explain to me exactly what work needed to be done and why and how it would improve both the life and value of the carpets. The pick up and delivery of the carpets, one of which was very large, was handled by the company. They were on time, moved my furniture, placed the rugs as I wanted them, and then returned the furniture to its proper place. The restoration work was phenomenal! The colors are once again vibrant, the fringes look beautiful, and the dust and smells are gone. Even better than I had hoped for when I first started looking to get my rugs cleaned. Excellent work and service, I would use them again.

My rugs came out great! Fantastic service! Just got them back today and I am definitely impressed! The process was very easy and they were very professional.

It went well. We purchased the rug for a few hundred dollars and Aaron informed us that it was actually worth a few thousand dollars. It was quite a surprise as we had been letting our four little kids and two dogs play all over the rug. They took the rug for a couple weeks and cleaned it and it is like new - just amazing. Definitely keeping this company on speed dial for future use!

Aaron was great. My puppy chewed up the corner of an area rug, and Aaron repaired it. Amazing. He picked it up at my home and delivered it when it was repaired. Great service. I thought I had to buy a whole new rug, and instead I was able to keep my old one, already perfect for the space. Pleasant person also. Great service. The rug looks fantastic! When I got it, the fibers were full of dog hair and had a musty smell. Now it is fresh and clean. Aharon said he had to soak and wash it twice. Stephanie repaired fraying edges. Now I have a rug that I'm proud to display on my nice new wood floors. Not only are Aharon and Stephanie consummate professionals, but they're warm and hospitable. Besides getting a good rug cleaning, I enjoyed their company. The service took longer than I expected, but they did tell me up front they were overloaded during the holidays and it would take several weeks to get the rug back.

Fabulous experience. The rug came out like new all stains removed. They even stored my rugs until I moved into my new home! Very pleased!

The whole process went very well. As I said, they came to our house for a consultation, explained the process of their work, took the carpets with them and then delivered them once they were cleaned. The rugs look beautiful. One is particular had dog urine stains and a pretty strong odor. When I got it back all of the stains were gone and there is no odor. Great job.

I did have to call since I had not heard from them in the 2 week time frame. While here were able to give me more information on my other rugs, which was helpful.

Truly lucked out finding Aharon and Antique Rug Cleaning online, I needed two Persian rugs cleaned and repaired. They provided excellent communication and customer service. They came on time to pick up and drop off the rugs. The final product was amazing. You can tell that he knows his business and is a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend them more.

I found Aharon initially on the internet after trying several other top-rated Angie's List rug cleaning companies who refused to wet or dry clean my Pottery Barn abaca (banana leaf fiber) rug. Each company told me that they could not clean my rug because it was not possible to wet-clean it and refused to try! When I called Aharon he gave me a price range over the phone, and agreed to come and look at it the next day. I appreciated that he was willing to look at the rug rather than dismiss it out of hand. However, when I calculated the square foot price he gave me I found it was very high for my budget and expectations. I called him back and told him that I didn't want to waste his time but that I thought it would be too much for me. He said: "Just let me come and look at it and then we will talk about the price and see if we can work something out that meets both our needs." He was extremely polite and well-mannered. I was a little nervous about having someone come into my home that I had contacted on the internet, but when he arrived punctually at the time he had called to arrange, I was relieved to see that his assistant was a young female like myself. Both he and she were friendly and eager to have the business. Although all the other companies told me that the rug could only be dry-cleaned, he told me he would plan to take the rug, test a corner to see if it could be wet-cleaned, and then proceed with wet-cleaning if all was well. He gave me a quote that I felt was a little too much for my budget, but when I told him what other companies had quoted he beat their prices. I agreed and he took the rug away with a 50% deposit. He returned the rug approximately 10 days later, looking very clean and nearly new again! I was so thrilled. The rug matched another rug in the same room and I was afraid I would have to replace it! Thanks to Aharon and his willingness to try, I have a clean entryway area. I am so pleased! He has an enthusiastic and willing attitude and a desire to please his customer .
