Very professional from the moment I called. Came out next morning with an assessment and plan to rid my parents house of unwanted guests. Honest as they come and willing to help with a plan reasonable on my parents budget. I would definitely recommend.

Over the course of a few weeks, Lisa set traps, removed rats and affected repairs that would keep the rats from entering in the future. She was consistently clear about appointment times, what she was going to do while she was here and what I could expect. She had all of her own equipment, brought what she needed and left nothing behind. She set up poison/bait stations and showed my husband how to use them and how to get more. When I had questions she was quick to respond to me texts and calls.

During this same season of life we had a slab leak and had a team of men working on re-plumbing the house for about a week. There were multiple times when Lisa had to work with and around the men. Everyone was able to do their job and I was impressed with Lisa's people skills.

In the last two years I have referred Lisa to many friends and especially to my mother in law, Lila, who was having a terrible time with mice. It was during a very stressful time as my father in law was quite ill and ultimately passed away. Lila mentioned to me more than once how very pleased she was with Lisa's work, but more than that, Lisa's consideration. Lisa was both professional and kind. I cannot tell you how much that meant to Lila and all of us.

I can't say enough good things about the work Lisa does and her high level of professionalism.  She truly listens to her customers' concerns and then uses her vast expertise to determine the source of the problem.  Her work is always done with excellence and she does a great job cleaning up afterwards.  She is discreet and non-judgmental.  No matter what type of animal pest you are looking to keep out, Lisa seems able to deal with it.  And she relocates "critters" when possible and it makes sense to do so.  Lisa has solved issues for me at both my home and work and in each case, I was able to sleep better at night knowing she was on the job.
