Clean Freak Soft Wash and Pressure Cleaning

The prior week I made arrangements with Danny to wash my house and storage shed.  We scheduled a tentative date, however, because the weather forecast for that day was not good, Danny indicated that he would contact me prior to the date to let me know if he would be able to perform the services.  Just as he said, he contacted me and we had to reschedule for Saturday.  He indicated that he would arrive around 8:30am. He was punctual and on Saturday at 8:25 am he was pulling into my driveway.  I was at home to observe some of his work and was impressed with the results I saw to that point.  My house, which has siding was dirty but my storage shed was extremely dirty as it had not been cleaned for over a decade and it is located under many large trees.  After the first pass, the shed still had some faint traces of dirt.  Danny indicated that he would go back over it to ensure it was clean.  I then left to run errands. 

When I returned, the house and especially the shed were literally SPOTLESS.   I wish I had taken "before and after" pictures of the storage shed.  Both structures now look like new.  Danny was punctual, professional and exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Danny was a true professional.  We have a very steep roof on a large home that had a great deal of mildew on it.  We never thought that it could become as clean as Danny got it.  It almost looks like a new roof and it is nearly 20 years old.

Great care was given to the plants and shrubs.  A very good experience with great results!

Danny arrived on time and did more work than expected without requesting additional compensation. In addition, he was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.

Every thing went well, but Mr Reece was not satisfied with the results of my roof wash so he took the price of washing the roof off my bill. Then he explained that he would be acquiring new equipment that should improve the outcome and that he would come back and clean it again when that equipment arrived. And he did just that. In fact it took more time for his equipment to arrive so he called me to let me know that. When it did arrive he came back and washed the roof again and it came out perfect! His integrity and perserverance in providing excellent results was most impressive. I highly recommend his service.

Danny came when scheduled, worked from 9:00am to about 3:15.  He was professional, neat and unobtrusive.  I can't believe how much better our house looks since we hired him.  Support a firefighter! (his day job).  Highly recommended.

Danny is a perfectionist and did a fantastic job. The fence looked like new when he was done and the stained deck looked great. He was reliable and at the house when he said he would be. While I was at work he kept in touch by phone to give me updates. He spent a lot of time working on the fence, making the cost very reasonable. He does very high quality work and is a very nice guy. I recommend him without hesitation.

The job went beautifully and took nearly all day to perform. The deck itself took 3 hrs of labor. The golf cart was time consuming and an add-on request. It required using a brush on the seats and dimpled rooftop that were mildewed. I voluntarily gave $50 extra for this task because I had no idea how hard that job would be, although Mr. Reese did not request an extra fee for the work. I had not had any pressure washing done in several years, so everything really needed a thorough cleaning.

Mr. Reese has all the equipment necessary to do the job. His water hose is long enough to wrap around the house, so he does not need to disassemble his hose from spigot to spigot. He owns the generator-induced pressure-washer machine and all the tools, which includes the drums that contain anti-mildew agents. Mr. Reese set up to do the work within minutes of arriving and left no litter behind when he left.I'm extremely pleased with the job and have already handed out six or seven business cards that were given to me!

Very well.  Mr. Reece was very polite and professional.  Did a fantastic job.  Will have him comes back at least once a year to keep it looking like new.
