Pink & Green were great. Very professional and accommodating including coming to the house several times to go over different options.

Very professional and on top of things. Very convenient services and billing. A modern-day run landscaping company that can communicate via email and texting and always responds quickly. It's really appreciated.

They did pretty good work, and overall, I'm satisfied. The biggest problems were with the sizing of some of the plants. They did some bamboo for us, but what they delivered was much shorter than the photo they sent me, for the most part. They did replace two of the smallest bamboo plants, however. There was also an issue with the height of a tree I purchased, so be very clear on the sizing of the plants that you choose if you use them. I have used them since without significant issue.

I have finally found a Lawn Service that is reliable. I thought was saving money by using those one mower services and I got what I paid for. I called Green and Pink after reviewing Angie's List because my other service kept giving me a song and dance as to why he couldn't come. After 2 1/2 weeks my little dog was lost in the jungle. The gentleman and I went over details and I explained I needed an emergency service and on the following day I arrived home to see my property looking beautiful. I had a Norfolk Pine cut down several weeks ago that had oozed sticky resin and they even cleaned it up. A palm tree that was ready to shed it's dead fronds had them pulled off and taken away. After months of neglect, I could once again be proud of my property. I was given a schedule of an agreed upon every 10 day schedule and Green and Pink has stuck to it. They have a very professional billing system and an Office Assistant who is reachable 40 hours a week. Otherwise, you can call their office to speak to an owner, text or email. They said that they like to keep the lines of communication wide open. I also plan to use them for Landscaping Services. Don't waste your time or money like I did, go right to the professionals, I know I am so glad I did. It's no wonder Green and Pink have been Angie's List Top Service Award Winners!

Luke was exceptionally responsive and worked to get his team on-site quickly. He made the transaction easy, and I really appreciated his attention to detail, and his responsive, quality work. Tenant had let yard go so that it looked like a jungle when I arrived. Pink and Green made it happen and now have my yard back to the quality I used to give it when I was able. Really appreciate their efforts and look forward to future business with them. Thanks very much Pink and Green! Would definitely recommend them.

He answered immediately, even though he was on site at a job.  He took the time to hear me out and then asked me to send him my info.  Im not sure if he will help me with my task or not, I just find it refreshing to have that available rather then a voicemail, email, text, or chat that never gets anywhere.  Keep up the good work and great attitude Luke!  If I am able to get this done, another review will be placed here on that service call as well.

Luke was very professional and scheduled me for an immediate cut. The only problem is that the crew showed up a day early and unexpected. I had to review my preferences twice with the crew manager before they got it right. They also wanted to remove my solar lights before asking.
1 st cut looked great. I will be attentive to others and give a follow up report

Luke and Lana are very responsive and great to deal with.  I would highly recommend Pink and Green for any lawncare and landscaping needs.

Crew showed up one evening with plants and installed them the next day. Looks good, only complaint is the plants seem a little small. Some of the grass started to grow back but when I contacted Luke it was corrected the same day.

I didn't feel like the lawn service was as tailored to my needs as I would have liked. Stuff was trimmed that I didn't want trimmed and things I wanted trimmed were not. On one occasion we got a pretty sloppy mow as the crew was in a hurry. Billing was not always accurate and they seemed to have some system difficulties. They did correct any issues. I did get an estimate for landscaping was was not impressed with the gentleman that came outs suggestions. He didn't really seem to have a landscaping background, or that's how it came across. If you are no real particular and just want someone to come and take care of the lawn I think Pink and Green might work. If you have specific desires it may be better to work with someone one-on-one that provides a more customized experience.

07/24/2014 - Luke must have me confused with another customer, that or his response to my "average" rating is fabricated. Here is my honest version of the events based on Luke's response:

True:
"Customer was very nice when we spoke on the phone. I explained our services and he said sounds good sets get started. I asked him if he had an specific preferences about the property and he said no just the normal cut and trimming."

False:
"When my crew arrived at the property my crew leader called me and said things were very over grown. So I called the homeowner to let him know that in order to get things back in shape we would have to really cut things back and it wouldn't look pretty but it must be done to get things back to a manageable size, he agreed and we did it."

My Reponse: *I had been maintaining my lawn myself, had trimmed the bushes the week before, and never had any discussions about a hard trim of "overgrown" anything or fertilization. That was not me....*

What actually happened: Pink & Green did my first service and they did a nice job mowing and edging. They also trimmed 4 Palms that I paid as a separate service for $20 each (total $80). I was working so I didn't watch them the entire time. When I came out to inspect after lunch I noticed that all the Bamboo I had recently planted was butchered, and all the privacy plants I put along the fence had been cut below the fence line. I was not thrilled but chalked it up to not specifically stating what I wanted left as-is and what I wanted shaped or cut back. No big deal, was still pretty happy and had no call with the owner.

The second mow they came I walked out and talked to the crew leader myself (not Luke). I explained that I had planted the bamboo for privacy and preferred it not be trimmed. He said it would be no problem and they would note it for future mows. I was still happy and thought the problem had been resolved.

I then started getting all sorts of emailed bills with incorrect amounts and conflicting schedules. The one that concerned me the most was the $160 for tree trimming that effectively brought my balance with them to zero. Well, the tree trimming had been previously billed and paid at $80 and I had two more mows left on the account. I emailed and the error was corrected but it made me feel uneasy about the billing. Still, my text and emails were answered so I was not cancelling yet. 

So, the third mow comes a little delayed after a lot of rain, totally understandable. I am working at my desk and see them come and before I know it they are gone. They were there maybe 10-15 max. I walk out and immediately see that there is a an area of the front yard with uncut grass, places where the edging was not done in back, and the bushes against the house were weedy and unshaped. Clearly they were in a hurry to make up for all the lost rain days. However, this was a sloppy job. I took pictures and sent them to Luke and he said that it was unacceptable and he would talk to the crew. I ended up the next day pulling out the mower and edger to correct the lawn. That kind of p***** me off. 

This takes us to my fourth and final mow, The guys come and the do a good mow and edging. I come out to inspect after and they again cut back the new bamboo growth and left the rest of the bushes around the house untouched and out of shape. I determine that as much as I wanted someone to take over my weekly yard work, these guys are doing high volume and are not really set up for "special requests". I told my partner that I think for anyone that is not particular with landscaping and just wants to have the lawn mowed and edged these guys would be fine. It just wasn't for me. So I emailed Luke and cancelled. He did ask if there was anyway I would give them another try. I never replied to the email as I was still thinking about it and wanted to call some other services that friends and family recommended. 

The only reason I gave Pink and Green a "C" was because of the billing, the sloppy mow and the continued butchering of the bamboo. I am not sure if anyone wants to keep bamboo at a 2ft-3ft height. I felt the review and rating based on my experience was fair.

Regarding the Landscape estimate, I was out of town so I had my crew leader meet with him just to gather some information. When I got back in town I tried several times to follow up with no response. We are not perfect but when someone is not happy we will correct the situation however this customer never responded or gave me an opportunity to do so.

I haven't committed to using them for non related reasons. Excellent customer service on the phone timely quotes. Very pleasant owner! Excellent follow up!

They came out to do my landscaping; they stayed from about 8 in the morning until dark. They ripped out everything; replanted, made a magnificent planting on my new island; my new circular driveway. The owner was there himself to supervise the work. The workers were fabulous, super energetic and very experienced. The owner watched every single thing that they did all day long.

I had been looking for a lawn service six months ago and found Pink and Green on Angie's.  I loved that they offered organic fertilization.  Since we have two huskies, I haven't been able to weed/feed my back lawn due to them trying to eat the fertilizer for the last four years.  Once we were ready to give up mowing and edging I would call Pink and Green.  
Three weeks ago we were walking the dogs and saw a landscape install in the neighborhood and decided to check it out.  Funny thing, it turns out to be Pink and Green.  We spoke to Luke and took a card.  On the way home we decided to give up mowing and edging and I called Luke several days later.  We made an appointment the following week and started service not soon after.  We chose to do the organic fertilizer as an option because we have the dogs, nine fruit trees and big flower beds.  
The first time they sent a crew to mow and edge, I just stared out the window the whole time.  It appeared that they were everywhere all at once.  They did a great job mowing, edging and trimming the bushes.  The best part is that it's not me or my husband who is out in the hot sun doing the mowing and the edging.  We now have extra time to spend in the garden doing other things. The second best thing is that their rates are reasonable for the amount of work performed  ($155.00 a month).
I will definitely recommend Pink and Green to anyone who needs a monthly lawn service.

I have had a lot of bad luck with local landscape companies.   I found Pink and Green on Angies list.  In fact I joined Angies list because of this issue.  Pink and Green are attentive and provided excellent recommendations on the care of our lawn.  Additionally they have thus far been very timely and reliable.  They have done everything they have promised and the customer service has been excellent as well.  Highly Recommended vendor.

I met with Luke mid-April and showed him the absolute mess that I had going on in both my front and backyard. I had many palm trees that were completely overgrown and not taken care of and overgrowth of various shrubs. Together, we came up with a plan to completely re-landscape the entire property, starting with trimming back the palms and removing all the debris from my home. His team came in and completely cleared everything out and the palms look decent again, just as Luke promised. I am excited for the landscaping to begin. He did send me a detailed quote for the next phase, and I thought it was reasonable for the amount of work that needs to be done. Also, I fired the company that used to cut my lawn and hired Luke to handle it for $40/cut. It's easier for me to have one company that does it all. I highly recommend Pink & Green!

The first day was a bit rough but the owner worked it out and we are on the regular schedule of getting cut every ten days.

My yard looked very nice and felt like it was done by a professional...  The grass was cut nicely and the trees complimented the yard (clean trim - just right).

We just started using Luke and the "Pink & Green" team a few months back as we noticed that our prior landscaper wasn't putting a lot of care in to our grounds (i.e., 'white fly' infestation, dying plants, over cut grass, etc.).  Since we've hired the team - our grounds have made a dramatic improvement.  Our plants look healthy - and the grounds are properly manicured.
Regarding the "Front and Backyard cleanup" - I called Luke (Owner) out of the blue (also out of our bi-weekly schedule) to see if he could send a team to do a landscape overhaul as we are hosting a baby shower this weekend.  He listened to what our needs were, and sent over a team within 2hrs.  I was totally amazed @ the quick turnarounds...and even more impressed by the great work his team did within a very short period of time.
I highly recommend Luke and the "Pink & Green" team for all of your landscaping needs.  They are professional, detailed, and all about customer service.
