"This is the second time you tried to damage us. We explained many times verbally and in writing, "Our warranty does not cover WATER DAMAGE" created for excessive amount of water on top of the floor, which is called CUPPING. We took time to get the info from the manufacturer to prove that we installed your bamboo floor correctly, we remove an area of the floor and is completely dry, right after you call us with the CUPPING on your floor, your areas of traffic only shows that damage and no areas full of furniture. your insurance report did not take the time to investigate and just say if MAY BE an installation issue without any proof."
"I'm sorry you got more repairs to do and extras that came up after the first sanding of your floor, that it was not counted and included on the original contract that you did not want to pay, but it was necessary for a good and a quality job that we always do. I am sorry I could not tell you things that you want to hear about the condition of your floor and the cost to fix it."
