I am impressed with several things with Florida Home 360. #1 They are open every day. During the week, they are available to talk to 13 hours per day. Not sure about Saturday but Sunday you can call them 8 hours on that day. #2 Jaime is so professional. He is very ethical and takes his Project Manager position seriously. He made sure my Mom was happy with the job. He even fixed some minor things which I believe are outside his responsibility. He is one of the good guys in this industry. #3 The employees are all super punctual. This is the almost unreal part Imagine, a company calls when they say they will and they show up on time. From the sales pitch from Terri to Mirla setting up appointments to Jaime and the installers. Everything was done when promised. They value their customers' time. Now there are a couple minor things that went wrong. In fact, the installers informed Mom before she even knew there was an issue. They took responsibility and replaced what went wrong. The company is also reimbursing her for something else. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes a very ethical company to make things right for the customer. This is without even asking. They just do the right thing. The windows and front door look great. Thank you Jaime and the four installers who worked so hard. You all rock!

Buyers Beware! Specially if you get a salesman names Patricia Diez. She is a flat out liar. She promised me a quality of product that I did not get, she went on to claim that she showed me samples of the crappy product – which I never would have agreed to, had I seen a sample. She didn't tell me I was buying a low quality product with a minimal price difference. She didn't show us how crappy the locking mechanism is, she didn't tell me that my sliding glass doors would include a 3" bar that protrudes from the threshold, that my 95 year old grandmother tripped on. None of this is normal!! Patricia had told me I had options for the front door handle that turned out to be an $11,000 upgrade and then she had the gall to lie about any of this happenings. This company sent one person to install 14 windows, 2 french doors and 3 sliding glass doors. His work was SO sloppy that the company had to send out a new crew to scrape off all the caulking mess he left behind and redo the work. I recommend one hundred times over that you call Prestige Windows and Doors. Florida Solar and Air will tell you about their positive reviews... DO NOT LISTEN. Demand samples. Don't take their word for it. Choose a different option.

I had the representative from Florida Solar and Air to my home to explain what they offer in terms of their impact windows. Patricia was such an outstanding, professional representative that I actually am buying from this company above others I have been researching. I felt that since attitude & persona trickle down from the owner & management of a company, then this must be a stellar company for sure. Patricia was passionate about her product, very knowledgeable about all the technicalities of this trade, & ever so happy to do her job. I am truly looking forward to the installation & will report back about that process when done. I am even buying a new impact front door per Patricia's suggestion since their rates were lower than other companies without appearing to sacrifice quality.

WOW! Florida Solar & Air replaced all our windows and sliding glass door with hurricane impact windows. From start to finish, their process was amazing. Starting with our sales representative Stacey, she provided a very though demonstraton of the different impact windows and prices. Her knowledge was instrumental on us choosing the right windows for our house and budget. Next, the office staff of Tracey, Lucy, and Javiera organized the ordering , installer appointments, HOA approvals, and city permits.  Every step of the process was well organized and very well communicated. We just sat back and they arranged everything! Next, we meet with our project managers Rafael and Danny. These guys were amazing as well.  The checked up on the job and made sure the installers had everything they needed and again the communication was superb.  The window installer Greg  provided the best workmanship we have seen with any home i stall and repair contractors. His helper Brian was awesome as well. Each window workspace was covered by plastic with left the area clean.Our windows were installed flawlessly. They look amazing! Inside and out. The final inspection by the city passed effortlessly.  The inspector even made comments that they exceeded the city code.  Arlene in accounting was kind enough to take our payment.  This business is top notch from start to finish. We hughly recommend and appreciate all the hard work and professionalism!

They took down the old windows yesterday, and installed new hurricane windows, and the work was excellent, the project manager who oversaw the installation was Guillermo Cruz, and Manuel Ramone Asst. Proj. Mgr. who came today and did a final inspection and check of the windows and everything was done very well. We just waiting for the inspectors right now to do the final inspection and issue certification. They did a very impressive job on the windows, we would ask them to do the project for the replacement of 2 sliding doors in the future.

They came in, they were very professional. they took their time trying to protect our furniture. They did great cleaned up. They came back the next day to checked on everything and made sure everything is good.

The work was excellent, prompt on time and everything went perfectly. Mr. Cruz the project manager and Joel was the installer, they are very nice people, did what they said they would do and everything went perfectly.

I was pleased with their work especially the technician name Leanse Padron and the Project Manager named Guillermo Cruz.

High impact windows installed.The first set of people they sent out we’re not qualified and did not know what they were doing so it was messed up. Then they sent another team out which knew what they were doing and they fixed the problem from the other guy and continue to do the work. I had to call back several times however they did respond the project manager Homar is wonderful he made sure everything was done that did not get done right the first time. You asked me if I would hire them again only if Homar is still working for the company. That’s the answer.

The project manager, Guillermo Cruz, was outstanding. He provided great service and any problems we had he solved them right away. He finished the job appropriately.

It was great, they are very punctual, on time, respectful and clean. They accommodated our needs, as far as working they did a great job, they answered all of our questions, they took care of the permits and they did an excellent job.

Guillermo and his installers were excellent. The people that install your windows made the biggest experience and the outcome of what you are paying for. Guillermo insured that every detail of the installation was to my satisfaction. The installers worked efficient and cleaned every section as they moved on to the next one, I was very satisfied with the value and the price with the windows and doors that I purchased and I will highly recommend Florida Solar & Air for impact windows and doors. The House looks beautiful! Alvaro the sales representative was excellent as well and was not pushy like other sales reps from other companies.

The company is perfect, I will recommend them to others, they are very professional, they did a really great job and great customer service. The project manager took care of all the process and Guillermo Cruz measured the windows and doors.

It went great! They did everything really quickly. They were extremely professional. They checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with the steps they were taking. They also informed us of other issues not pertaining to the windows so we could get them checked out as soon as possible. Guillermo Cruz (Project manager) and Eliobas Zamora (installer) were very good. They were quick and took care of everything we needed immediately. We felt they were very polite and attentive and I would highly recommend them. We have already hired them to complete more work for us.

Excellent! They're very prompt, they will show up 15-20 mins. before time. They moved all the furniture, making sure everything was covered, they passed the inspection. Carlos and Jose were my installers, they were excellent and I would use them again. They were always responsive, whether it's a Sunday they would always reply if I have questions.

Excellent! They were on time, very courteous, respectful, they did all the work by themselves. It was a 2 day job and on the end of the 1st day they cleaned everything up before they leave, and came here the next day and cleaned after themselves. The names were Victor and Pedro and the sales gal that gave me that great sales demonstration was Alen and Alex they were all fantastic.
