Great job, constant communication. Somewhat pricey, but I feel it was worth it.

After three estimates, i found Florida Solar and Air (FSA) provided for the best value in the installation of premier shingle materials for my roof. I have both a standard and flat roof. Both were installed very quickly after the City approved the permit. The project manager Tony made certain all work was done properly. The installers were professional, PROMPT and cleaned (really cleaned up) after each part of the process. A change order was necessary to allow for the replacement of rotted wood not previously contracted for. FSA explained why it was needed. FSA also properly credited me for materials used. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle free home project. Thanks to Teri P. sales manager who also followed up with me to insure the work was done properly. This company has thus far EXCEEDED my expectations.

Careful before spending your money with this company: I requested Solar and AIR to do a full inspection of my Air Conditioning unit( inner and outer unit ) and they said the motor blower had to be changed. The cost for the part and service was quoted for $1,000. Since this is an old unit I asked them to check if this is the only thing that needed maintenance( inner and outer unit ) and Catalina said that it was the only thing and that I would have the AC system working for many years without any problems. Two weeks later on 9/10 the AC unit broke down. I contacted Solar and Air and they did not have a technician to check the unit for more than 3 days. I told them I just want to return the parts they changed and requested reimbursement of the payment I did minus reasonable labor cost. Mr. Edman told me today they will not do this. Further, when the unit broke on Saturday 9/10/2022 at 1 pm I called Florida Solar and Air, Cassandra answered my call and told me they had no technicians available neither that Saturday nor the next day, she advised me to call back on Monday. Bear in mind we this is Florida and during that week the weather was above 95 degrees farenheit hot. It is not reasonable to leave a paying customer hanging for 2 days so I told her I would seek help else where and I would send them the cost of the service. Cassandra then started to get very un-empathetic even after I explained to her it was unreasonable to wait 2 days without AC on a weather of > 95 degrees and that there were children in the house. Basically Cassandra did not care and her customer handling skills were horrible. Afterwards I received a call from Jackie, she told me she was a manager and told me the same thing that there were not technicians available during the whole weekend. I called back on Monday morning to get someone to check the system and again they told me there were no technicians available and to call back the next day. This is completely unacceptable. Think twice before dealing with Florida Solar and Air.

After a comprehensive vetting our condo association, selected Solar Air as our preferred vendor. I have become a huge advocate, they have exceeded expectation at every turn, working with the board and multiple owners with installation, pricing and permit hurdles. Starting with the delivery the employees were on time, courteous and worked through the pouring rain. Michelle the installer, I personally can not say enough, he worked long hours, with precision work, explaining the functionality and operating of the casement windows, always on time and long days to complete all deliverables for the installation, he exceeded expectations with repair and finishing work, working to preserve mature trees and window coverings. Jay our sales representative never missed a beat, with multiple meetings with the board and Unit Owners, pleasant, professional and highly effective . Jesenia and Daniel our project Managers, were on point, explained the process, followed up with deliverables and inspections, putting my mind at ease, and on sight for almost the entire process. I would be remiss if I did not mention the office support and executive Lucy and Teri. Clearly the service promise comes from the top down. They again exceeded my expectations, made special trips to ensure nothing was left to chance, and if there was a issue that needed address they stepped up and made it happen. I would highly recommend Florida Solar and Air to my family and friends.

David and Alejandro-Installers and Rafael and Daniel -project managers were fantastic .After several bad experiences with other companies, this company was a ray of sunshine Project managers were on the scene, ,installers were on time (early)and were a pleasure to deal with. Very responsible company. I was contacted frequently to let me know when the permit was submitted, when I could expect my windows to be installed. The installers were excellent. They tented the entire room, moved my furniture, and replaced everything when done. Highly recommend this company. Great people.

Easy peasy! As a female you always worry that the job will not be done correctly but this is not the case with Daniel and his team. They were very professional, efficient and completed the job in the time frames that they advised they would. He explained everything clearly and didn’t hesitate to address any concerns that I had. It’s a huge relief to do such a big job on my home without the worry. This is so important to me!

I had such a great experience with the team I had. The installers Greg and Brian were super thorough and clean. They did an awesome job with the installation and left everything clean upon completion. The project manager, Daniel, was informative and friendly. He followed up quickly to any small fixes that needed to be made and answered all questions we had throughout the process! So glad I went with this company. I couldnâ t have had a better experience and would recommend them to everyone!

From the start I had an excellent experience with Florida Solar and Air. Each person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I had a hurricane proof sliding glass door installed, and they did an excellent job. Even with a problem with the frame in my apartment that was not level, they fixed the problem and made it look brand new. Daniel the project manager and the installers Billy and Alejandro were skilled and friendly. Highly recommend!

The quality of work was very good, the customer service was excellent very responsive and thorough. I was very happy with the team on the job including Installers David and Gardel Project managers Rafael and Daniel. Sales person Richard was very attentive and informative.

Iâ  m a retired General Contractor who knows good work when I see it. Everyone I dealt with at Florida Solar was very pleasant, cordial, professional and reliable from sales to scheduling and in the installation. The installers Carlos and Brian did excellent work and their Project Manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. They protected all of our furnishings and replaced them and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Florida Solar and especially their install team. Very happy with the work. The installers Greg and Brian were on time, cleaned after them. Rafael and Daniel, the project supervisors came both days to check on the work. Customer service at the office is great and patient when dealing with my HOA that delayed the approval for two month! Will definitely recommend.
