Florida Solar and Air ARE the best! What a relief knowing that amazing companies like this still exist. Guillermo Cruz Rojas, the project manager, and his crew are incredible professionals. They maintained communication throughout the whole project. I can assure you these are honest, hard working individuals who pride themselves in doing quality work. Zero shortcuts. A special shout out to David and his co-worker on doing outstanding, quality work on my house. I had 17 impact windows installed on my property and I didn't find dust or nails anywhere! Our safety was their priority along every step of the way. My wife and I are very happy with the decision we made to contract Florida Solar and Air. I wouldn't think twice to call them to do additional work in the future. If you are completely clueless as to where to start when it comes to impact windows, don't worry, you are in the best hands. Florida Solar and Air handled everything from county permits to association permits. The customer service department is excellent as well. Every single person who worked on this project was very attentive. They even came on their day off to pick up loose debris before Hurricane Eta. That was a huge concern of mine because of the potential for debris flying through my neighborhood should the storm had intensified. I've never seen such attention to detail with a contractor. Lastly, a huge shout out to David on the sales team. He walked us through the entire project and was upfront about cost and our options during our estimate. Very personable and treated us like family. If you choose Florida Solar and Air you are going to be surprised how good they are at what they do. Solid â­ â­ â­ â­ â­ recommendation.

This company is top of the line. They are proficient, clean, and fast. They installed impact windows and a door at my home. They finished the job in two days and left my home very clean. I would highly recommend this company.

They were professional in every aspect of the project from the initial order, installation and clean up. Everyone could not of been nicer or more professional. They did the work as promised. On time. High degree of skills in installing the impact windows. I highly recommend them. They are GREAT!!!

Experience was a positive one starting with the salesperson Sean. Communication with the office regarding updates about permits & delivery of products needs to improve. Our installer Julio was efficient and very attentive to details. There were issues with the measurements of the windows, but Julio always found a way to keep moving the project forward.

I wanted to send a quick note about your energy consultant Aylin Erkal. I was so very impressed by her professionalism and her knowledge of your product and the industry as a whole. She was very easy to talk to and walked me through the whole process. I have sat through 5 presentations about hurricane windows with different companies and never could reach a decision. Aylin just made me feel so very comfortable. I did my research on the companies reviews on line and I also was impressed by that. I am also in sales and lead a national sales team so I understand the importance of having the right person represent your company. Thank you for sending Aylin to my appointment, she made the difference in me choosing your company.

Amazing work by Pedro, Daniel and Ricardo. Completed work in a day an a half. Took care of everything. I am happy with the new windows/doors and especially with the work quality. 100% recommended.

The materials delivery was a day early, which allowed the installers to start a day early. Daniel, Pedro and Ricardo were professional in their work. Daniel explained everything they were doing. Both Manuel and Guillermo came by to check on the progress. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and the new windows and door look great. My house is very old and I was concerned how that would affect the installation, but everything went very smoothly.

Still waiting for community approvals and permits. Windows have not been installed. Will update my review when the job is complete

Although there were issues regarding the delivery of our windows (5 months, 0 communication from Florida Solar & Air and 2 follow up requests from us from date of purchase) our installation team and process was flawless. Installers Billy & Alejandro were thorough, clean, and professional throughout the entire installation process (3 days).Once installed we uncovered 1 issue with 3 of the windows where glass produces wavy sightlines and not clear view through windows. Were told this was just the way windows were produced and not a defect although we are suspect.

We were contacted by Florida Solar and Air through Home Advisors. Peter came to the house and gave us a presentation regarding the different kind of windows and their features. We only did the top floor of our house for now but have to say the installers and project manager were top notch. They installed the windows in 2 days and scheduled the inspection right away. It was a seamless process and everything was handled by the company. We are very happy with our windows and they look great. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install windows and doors. We hope to finish the rest of the windows next year.

I made a call to this company to get a quote. The salesman came and gave us a presentation. Peter was the salesperson that came. And after the presentation my wife and I decided to hire them to install 14 windows and 3 doors. He explained the process and everything went as he said. The company called on a Monday to inform me that the material for the project would arrive on Friday. And that the work would start on Monday morning around 9:AM . The installers arrived on time and was very professional. They first introduced their self, it was Daniel, Pedro and Ricardo. I showed them where the materials was and they went straight to work. They did an excellent job they covered everything up before they started a window and clean after they finished. And they was on time everyday until the project was finished. I would recommend Florida Solar And Air to anyone that asked who did the work .Because it has made my house look a lot better. Daniel, Pedro and Ricardo these guys are truly professionals

Project size: 23 windows, 4 sliding glass doors, 2 of which were oversize. Daniel (foreman) was in constant contact with me throughout the job, and worked very hard along with his crew,Pedro, Carlos, Jose and Ricardo. Top notch workmanship throughout.The job took about a week. They arrived each morning at the same time without fail, and worked hard all day. Project managers Guillermo and Manuel were very attentive and made absolutely sure I was satisfied with the product and the work provided. This is a real and reputable contractor, who does what they say they will, and more. Hurricane windows are inherently expensive, and this was a large home project, but I believe pricing was fair for the product and work presented. If you need window and door service, this company is the way to go. They were excellent by me.

We had in MPs that windows installed. Installers did an awesome job from start to finish. Professional, polite and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend This company.

I used the Ygrene program to hire this company. Within minutes of getting an approval, I received a call from Florida Solar and Air which showed me they care about business. Within days, a salesman was at my house for a few hours giving a very detailed presentation of their products and what works best for my needs. Usually you don t have salesman as knowledgeable as the installers but any technical question I had was answered before signing anything. After that the process was seamless and everything they mentioned they followed through on. I received multiple calls from the office all of which were friendly and had no problem answering my questions. I got 13 windows and 3 new doors delivered on Friday and that monday they were there ON TIME (so rare) and worked Mon-Fri until the job was 100% complete. No business is perfect and people make mistakes but what I care about is how they treat those mistakes and how they make it right. One of the doors was delivered wrong but within 2 hours, someone came and brought the right one. To top it all off, the windows and doors look so good!!!!!! So beautiful. I live on a busy street and I notice cars slowing down because it is such a dramatic change. Also, some got out of their cars and asked for business cards. Definitely recommend Peter (sales) and Daniel, Pedro, Ricardo, Joel and Joel Sr. (installers) they were so professional and thorough.

I can't say enough of the great job they did.They were very professional, they made no mess, they cleaned up after themselves, they explained the project as they were installing the storm windows and door. We were helped by Federico, Daniel, and Pedro. Federico was the salesman and he was very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service! Pedro and Daniel helped install all our doors and windows, as well as repairing some of our doors. They were very professional, polite, trustworthy and did an impeccable job! Moreover they were very organized and left everything tidy and in great shape after they completed. I m very appreciative of the team, and look forward to working with them again!

A total class act from top to bottom. The salesman Tom O'Conner was knowledgeable, patient and treated us like we were his only customer. And I can't say enough good things about the installers - Joel & Joel, father and son team. Treated us like family and the workmanship was outstanding. The project manager and senior project manager both visited and inspected the work 3 times to insure the quality. We got top of the line CGI impact windows and sliding glass doors with green tint glass that are gorgeous. I may have paid a little more than the lowest bid but you know what - you get what you pay for. Absolutely no buyers remorse here. I give my total and highest recommendation.

I had Jay Cruz as a sales and expert materials person. My initial thoughts going into the project was this was going to have to be a two-part project because of scope of work and primarily possible high costs. I did a fair amount of research before even thinking about the possibility of impact or hurricane windows. I learned a lot! I also had some basic assumptions, or so I thought about these windows. Jay took his time, he was very articulate, I asked multiple questions or maybe different questions different ways in order so that I could better understand. At all times he was articulate, the information he provided was excellent. Jay is the ultimate professional. Originally I was primarily looking at the impact/hurricane windows only as that. I knew that there would be an energy savings of probably 10 to 15%. After Jay showed me the materials, several of them, different designs – bottom line, he was able to demonstrate in a very real world way (Electron radio meter) (It’s like a little light bulb that spins around when a lot of energy/heat is going through. With the material in place it barely moved,) how much energy would go through the panels of glass- really resin panels. Practically or almost bulletproof. I’m just in the beginning phases of the project and I’m thrilled. So far, I would highly recommend this company. Hopefully more great news to follow.
