Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Floroda Solar and Air.  Great customer service. They kept me updated throughout the process. I didn't have to lift a finger. They took care of everything. Project mangers Daniel and Rafael  perform their duties as professionals. They made sure the condo rules were met.  The installers Tomas and Matt were amazing! They made sure nothing was left behind, and took care of every single item needed.

Florida solar &air sent me amazing team to install hurricane impact windows on my 6 floor apartment. Work from inside of apartment out accomplished in time and spotless. No need to call cleaning crew. No dust -seriously amazing. I can not say enough about Greg the installer-very professional an did super job. thanks to Daniel-project manager and for super job.

We had our patio enclosed with hurricane glass. 4 windows were installed in the bottom and 4 sliders on top. Everyone from the their knowledgeable salesman to the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The project manager was here checking the work for the two days that it took to do the work which was slated for 3 days. The installation went without a hitch and the guys that installed were professional and clean but most of all they showed up on time. Would absolutely use Florida Solar and Air for any future project.

Terrible workmanship, during the rains we had windows leaked and my tile floor buckled. They sent someone out and said the windows were not sealed properly but the water damage had nothing to do with the floor buckling. And 1 year later still waiting for a screen!!!

Raphael and team was great with communication on timing and delivery. Gardel and Jose were politeand left the place clean and covered anything that would get dirty from the install. Will use them again for our other windows.

Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!" I do recommend getting copies of contract, permits or architectural plans. Make sure that model of equipment being installed is included and any specific information of the model be included, i.e., EER rate, ton value, additional accessories. Do your homework on model that is being recommended and I do recommend at least 3 estimates. In my analysis, Solar & Air met all my needs.

WOW! Florida Solar & Air replaced all our windows and sliding glass door with hurricane impact windows. From start to finish, their process was amazing. Starting with our sales representative Stacey, she provided a very though demonstraton of the different impact windows and prices. Her knowledge was instrumental on us choosing the right windows for our house and budget. Next, the office staff of Tracey, Lucy, and Javiera organized the ordering , installer appointments, HOA approvals, and city permits.  Every step of the process was well organized and very well communicated. We just sat back and they arranged everything! Next, we meet with our project managers Rafael and Danny. These guys were amazing as well.  The checked up on the job and made sure the installers had everything they needed and again the communication was superb.  The window installer Greg  provided the best workmanship we have seen with any home i stall and repair contractors. His helper Brian was awesome as well. Each window workspace was covered by plastic with left the area clean.Our windows were installed flawlessly. They look amazing! Inside and out. The final inspection by the city passed effortlessly.  The inspector even made comments that they exceeded the city code.  Arlene in accounting was kind enough to take our payment.  This business is top notch from start to finish. We hughly recommend and appreciate all the hard work and professionalism!

Installers Pedro and Ricardo did a great job installing the windows and were very professional. Project managers Rafael and Daniel did a great job communicating with us and was very nice.

All employees are friendly and polite, great work quality, very efficient!

Ray and his assistant were awesome. The job was done professionally and quickly. Ray even went the extra mile to relocate my thermostat due to an issue with the original wiring. Couldn't be happier!

My experience was very good from start to finish! Salesman Mark Ackermann, Roofing Supervisor Tony, Terri Perera Project Manager, Ygrene Financial also Engineer on-site visit. They were all professional, accessible, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. The Roofing Crew were hard working diligent and very neat. I also has a hurricane impact door installed, they too were impeccable! My project was done in October 2020, during pandemic they compiled above and beyond with all recommended CDC guidelines. I would recommend this company to my family.

I highly recommend Florida Solar & Air From the original meeting to get a quote through the completed project I have never done business with a more caring professional company, especially in South Florida' Rafael, the project manager and his lead manager, Dann sent me their best crew and kept checking in on a daily basis. Billy was the head installer and I have never met anyone who took more pride in what he does. I felt like he treated me as if I was a family member. Lucy in the office was there for me any time I had any type of questions and even scheduled the work for a Saturday so I could get back to my job. Will be contacting them early next year to get the rest of my windows replaced

#1 Sales Person/Representative: Aylin. Aylin is very knowledgeable. Boy...does she know her products! Any questions I had, she answered honestly and thoroughly. But the best part of her visit was her ability to demonstrate how each product worked. She could tell me about the screws, screen type, Low-E glass versus regular glass, etc. Project Managers: Rafael and Daniel were awesome. They came to my home often during Install, to ensure everything was going smoothly. I could call or text them at anytime, if I ever had a question or concern. They went Above and Beyond! Customer Service: Lucy was/is the best! She called me every step of the way, to keep me updated during the entire project. Very kind, loving, and professional. Crew Members: Josue, Yosmani, Carlos and Pedro were the best! One couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, hard working, yet fun crew. They covered all my furniture, moved whatever needed to be moved, and put everything back exactly where they were before--when the job was completed. Excellent Crew!! My Hurricane Windows and Doors are beautiful! Install went smoothly and my windows were installed within (3) days. I did my research on all the companies out there that offered CGI glass for my windows and doors, and I liked what Florida Solar and Air represented. I would recommend them 100%.

The windows seem much superior in quality to those purchased from a â nationwide companyâ at a previous location, and even included screens, which others did not. FL Solar & Air took care of it all, from permits to final inspection. Kudos!

The entire team from Fl Solar and Air are excellent. Everyone from the salesperson to our installer Julio and the project managers Rafael and Daniel were all professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job with the installation and the clean up. We used this company to replace some of our current windows to impact windows and will most definitely be using them for further projects.
