I cannot say enough good about this company and their staff. EVERYONE from Jonathon Cruz our salesman, Angel Velez our project manager, Jackie and Jasmin in Customer Satisfaction, Tracy and Ashley in permitting, Alejandro Rodriguez, Yoel Rodriguez, and Jose Gonzales in installation to Raymond, Alex and Alexander on debris removal. They all went above and beyond to be certain that we were 100% satisfied. We first purchased an AC system from this company. Unfortunately, we failed to get names to write a positive review but they were outstanding as well. We then went on and purchased all new high impact windows and enclosed our third-floor balcony. We LOVE all the products and services rendered. This is, in my opinion, is a company that has excellent service and products. Don't hesitate if you need work done!

I had a problem with communication with this company and posted a very negative review because of that. Since then, I have had two positive conversations with the owner and his staff. They really wanted to know the problems and how they could be resolved and I appreciated this kind of directness, honesty, and service. Their product is beyond compare and now I feel that their communication with an owner has improved immensely.

The experience was great from the very beginning with the sales presentation from Aylin to the communication throughout the process with the office staff to the installation by Xavier and Maikel. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up for these two gentlemen. Very pleased with the outcome.

Reasonably priced. Good communication. Always showed up on time. Very polite and accommodating workers. Had slight issue of glue on windows after installing grates, but Angel, the project manager, and his son Alex took care of it without complaint. The nice thing was that when we called to inform SolarandAir of the issue, they immediately responded and did not make excuses. Very good customer service. I talked to several reps for one thing or another and all were responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

From the sale I knew I have a great company. They are efficient and very customer oriented. Angel just did a follow up with my concerns and will be taking of them all. A very special shout out to Federico and Jasmin. Thank you all🥂

Outstanding company employees installer name David did a fantastic job with his helper completed in one day's time Windows came fast well-made passed inspection the first time a little pricey but you get what you pay for salesperson was great office people kept me in the loop fantastic company. They began on May 1st and just finished August 20th. Lack of communications within that company is what causes all the dysfunction. I can only praise Jay who sold the project and was very professional. Jasmine that tried to organize the workers to the house. Jonathan that did the last repairs and had pride in his work. Also I never complained or hassled them with phone calls and as soon as the job was done the finance dept. started harassing me with calls to sign documents and making statements of leans against my home. Wasn't even a 3 days and these comments were in every call, text and email. Not a company I would refer.

Aylin is the best!! At first I just want to have just the quote to put impact window. But Aylin gave me beyond I want. She gave me knowledge even she doesn’t know if I will have business with her or not. She can answer all of my questions with prove and evidence. The price also great, and wow! with finance options. I have no idea how people not do business with Aylin.

On 8/16/2017 (one year ago) I Contracted for 3 storm windows. I still do not have my windows. Very unprofessional company. When I call them to get the status of my order, all I get is a runaround. As do this date, 7/26/ 2018 I still do not have my windows.

They were very good at keeping my house clean. They kept their work area isolated while they worked. Because of that I was able to keep my AC running! Also very fast.

I has 4 other quotes which were all around the same but chose this company because it was recommended by Home Advisor. Although it took a little longer than expected because of a manufacturer delay, the installation was quick and neat. My neighbor requested their phone number because he would like to get a quote from them. Kudos to Terri, Jasmim and Leo.

They gave me a quote, I signed a contract, and gave the down payment. After more than one month asking and calling several times for the status of my order, then finally the real situation came trough; they told me that there was a mistake with the quote and that the work would about $3 thousands more.

INSTALLATION HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED YET, CAN NOT RATE WORK QUALITY AT THIS MOMENT.

Superb timing and installation of windows, installer would do anything to make sure I was satisfied. He came back to address a couple of minor cosmetic issues found after the work was completed and these were completely fixed in a timely manner. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work. This has transformed my house.

The installers were great. They had to wait a second day for the Miami Springs inspector to come out. Someone from the company came while the windows were being installed and ask for final payment. But I wouldn't give him the check until after the job was completed and inspection was done. The doors (2) are not very good, you can see daylight between the door and doorframe. I questioned it and was told that was normal. IT 's been a year and still light can be seen around the edge of the door on the lock side. t
