Just wanted to take a moment to thank Victor and Pedro for their outstanding work. They totally exude professionalism. Their kindness and patience brought a layer of calmness to what could of been a stressful situation. Both Victor and Pedro are truly the strength of your company. The entire staff from the salesman, Customer Service, work crew all worked as a team to get the job done in a professional and and efficient manner. The team leader Angel was very instrumental from the beginning to the finish. He was very patient and took the time to listen to any concerns and made any adjustments. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had new windows installed by Victor and Pedro. They were prompt and professional. It is almost impossible to get contractors to show up and to do the job properly. I would recommend Florida solar and air and Victor and Pedro to anyone I know!

Working with Florida Solar & Air has been great. We had some hiccups and delays in the arrival of our windows, but the quality of work Victor and Pedro have done on the installation has made up for all of that. They had such great attention to detail and Victor made sure we were happy with each step of the process. Pedro is truly a stucco and drywall artist, and it looks like the windows have always been a part of our house.

The entire Florida Solar & Air crew, from the sales team, delivery, and Installers (Victor and Pedro) went above and beyond to complete my project in a timely, and efficient manner. Their professional and sincere work ethics were wonderful. From answering all and any questions that came to mind. The entire project took two days to complete and at the end of each day they cleaned up so not to cause any inconvenience in the house. I have another window and door project in mind, perhaps the first of the year and will again without hesitation reach out to Florida Solar & Air again.

Our experience with Florida Solar & Air was very great. Salesman Sean Tomlinson is a true professional and very responsive. The installation team of Victor & Pedro weà ¢à  à  re prompt and efficient. They were very organized and conscientious in protecting our home and furnishings while doing their work. Their office staff was quick to address any concern or issue we raised. If you ever want windows of any type, do to even look for any other quotes!! This is a fabulous company- professional, efficient and caring. Danny at sales, Angel the project manager, and everyone involved from the reception to the owner Alex- they are an amazing bunch of people. Pricing, workmanship, product are all great of course. But they also go above and beyond. My horrid HOA told us we had the wrong tint AFTER all approvals. The company stepped in to deal with the HOA to work out how to do fix it, and have taken charge! All through the process, and even now after completion, EVERY one responds right away. Angel even made a special trip just to close a door I could not

So we were in need to replace some aging French Doors at our home. After conducting research, which included the use of the Home Finder tool interviewed two companies. The reasons why we chose Florida Solar&Air was their ratings including the Better Business Bureau. Sales process was impressively and professionally conducted by Aylin which made us feel comfortable that we made the correct choice. This was followed up be timely and engaged work by the various contacts at the Business Office leading to up to a spot on installation start and performance by the installing team including Victor, Pedro,Jose and Regnier. In two and a half days all was installed to our satisfaction. Was offered encouragement to call them should anything develop that needs correction. The debris was picked up in a timely manner and professionally removed. At the end of the day received personal Thank You e mail from the owner of the company. In conclusion, a welcome and refreshing change in contractor performance one usually experiences here in Miami. Congrats, Job well done, Thank you and we would definitely recommend the work of Florida Solar&Air.

From start to finish, Florida Solar & Air went above and beyond. Beginning with the sales pitch to the girls in the office, the gentlemen that delivered the materials, the installers, inspector and even the men that picked up the trash, all were polite and very helpful. Victor and Pedro did most of the installation of our impact windows and doors and their workmanship was exceptional. I read reviews of other companies having poor customer service. Florida Solar & Air had excellent customer service and everyone did what they could to make us happy. I definitely recommend them.

When the team delivered the product, I found Victor to be the hardest working guy ever. Determined to get the job complete with every detail perfected. Eleven team members later, FSA completed my windows. Angel, the Project Manager at FSA, appeared in the midst. What an angel he is! He helped wrap up last minute details. The entire job was professionally handled from start to finish: initial proposal and pricing was competitive and detailed (no crazy prices, then haggling, as other companies push); Building Permits handled well (Coral Gables can be a challenge); CGI Sentinel Hurricane Impact Windows and Doors (total 34) are strong and very attractive; Installation team was top-notch (five stars); Project manager handled install issues expeditiously; re-tile work around new doors is first class; window delivery team and trash removal was expeditiously handled; Office staff and personnel were efficient and polite. As a Florida Licensed General Contractor, I highly recommend Florida Solar and Air.

The first experience I had was when Jay Cruz, the salesman who visited me made a full presentation of the impact door I was interested. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Edgar Canales and Asdrubal Herrera were the persons who installed the door, both were pleasant and did an excellent job. The are where they worked was very clean after they finished. I strongly recommend this company. I was very happy with the job.

the installers were great!

I had a impact patio door installed at my condo and old roll down shutters removed in Deerfield Beach, FLA. I live in NY so trying to setup projects long distance can be complicated.I had a great experience with Florida Solar &Air from start to finish. Tom was my salesperson and took the time to explain everything in detail. Then great communication with Tracey in the permit dept. The door was ready to install in February, but I could not fly down to FLA until March, so they had no problem holding the door for me. Victor and Pedro installed the door perfectly, and were very professional and knowledgeable. The next morning, a crew came out and took down the old shutters and did a awesome job( I forgot their names). Later that afternoon the cleanup crew came out (Raymond& Alexander) and took the time to throw out all the debris and even sweep the area. A few days later,, Angel Velez, a project manager, stopped out to make sure I was happy with the door and explain a few things to me. Then two guys came out from the company (forgot their names) to meet the city inspector for the permit and waited for over two hours in the parking lot for him. The inspector passed the door no problem. Every person from FLA Solar and Air was professional, courteous and on time. The whole process was very smooth. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

I hired Florida somewhere and here in spite of the fact that they were more expensive than almost anyone else. The presentation went very well done and they explained everything I needed to know. The installation was done quickly and expertly. Eddie and Victor my installers Were right on point with everything they do. I would definitely recommend Florida solar and air to anyone about that.
