They showed up less than 3 hours from the time I called on a Sunday even though I didn't expect service until the next day. The technician, Don, was very knowledgeable and professional, I hired him on the spot and he had me cool in just a few hours.

I thought something was wrong with the AC so I called this company to find out how much it would cost to get it checked out. I was told the diagnostic checkup was free so I had nothing to lose having it checked out. The gentleman who came out was on time, polite and immediately started testing for freon or other problems. Since I don't know much about AC's, he could have easily taken advantage of that and said I needed major repairs or even aq new unit (this one is quite old). He didn't do that or play any games. He said it was working just fine except it isn't as energy efficient as the newer units. He put a sticker on the unit with the company name and phone number in case I have a problem with it in the future and I know that this is the company I'll call if and when that happens
