Waste Pro USA has been an outstanding company, providing nothing but prompt and excellent service for my garbage removal. Anytime I have ever had an issue, Alicia devises a courteous and immediate solution with amazing customer service. Alicia changed my account to the proper "pick-up" listing, and she has always been available to help with any question I may have-even if it pertains to accounts other than my own. The men who handle my tippy carts are polite and respectful when removing my trash. Thank you, Waste Pro USA!

Terrible!  The last two pick up times they did not empty my trash, just drove on by. I called the Milton florida  office both times and nothing was done. I guess they do not care. I will contact my county commissioners tomorrow to see about getting the service I paid for!

I use them weekly. They charge 60 bucks every 3 months. They are good. I have no problems with them. I don't have much contact with them. They just come every week same day and pick up the garbage. I will continue to use them.
