Patrick came out to inspect my leaky chimney chase/cap the same day I called him, all in the middle of a hellacious downpour. I told him he didn't have to climb on to my very steep roof that day given the bad weather conditions, but he insisted he'd be fine and climbed up anyway. He spent 20-30 minutes in the pouring rain on my roof getting measurements, and when he came down he insisted that he continue to stand in the rain outside my front door and tell me his findings since he was "soaking wet and didn't want to get my floor dirty," despite my attempts to invite him in out of the weather. He worked with me on the overall cost of the replacement chase and cap, and was out within days of the new pieces being custom made to install them. He is extremely professional, easy and quick to get in touch with, courteous, polite and reasonable. His products also came with a 10-year warranty, which is wonderful, and he took photos before and after (and sent them to my email for my records) so that I could see the work he did from the safety of the ground. I'd hire him again in an instant.
