I had my fireplace and chimney inspected/cleaned on 10 Nov. I was sold on the idea on having their chase cover and lock top installed on my chimney and told them to go ahead, but haven't heard back from the company yet. It is now 21 Nov.

Had our chimney cap replaced due to excessive rust. Patrick identified the issue and recommended a fix that was less expensive than the current configuration and would reduce wind noise. Work was done quickly and he even removed rust stains from Stucco caused by old cap.

Called ahead and let me know the time frame they would arrive, did the inspection and saw work needs to be done, took a picture of the inside disconnect on his phone to show me. Went on roof to inspect rest of chimney, gave me a detailed list of the items that needed to be fixed and needed attention all the while explaining it all to me. Left the estimate with me and his business card to call if we had any questions at all. Plan on going ahead with the work in the near future and for sure will give Patrick a call back.

He was supposed to come back as he did not leave me a receipt for the services rendered. I never received a receipt. Additionally he was supposed to have someone contact me for replacement of my chimney cap. I never received any calls or phone messages to that effect. I would gladly give his services five stars, if he makes good on his promises. However, I am a bit disappointed!
