Service tech was very knowledgeable and explained why my old unit needed to be replaced in normal terms and the install crew had my new unit in and working in just a few hours! Perfect for this pregnant lady!!

They were really great. I had them out once before and they were really good then. I think that was in the winter. I would absolutely use them again.

We had them before, every six months they would do maintenance on our old unit. So, we worked with them for a while, but we it was time to get a new unit. I just wanted to get a few estimates. We ended up going with them, so we've worked with them for a while. My husbands the one that did the comparisons.He went with them because we used them before and their price as competitive. I don't remember if they were the best price or not, but we knew we'd get good service. The quality of service was fine. I didn't really have any complaints about anything.

They put in a system and they take care of it. I have a problem or two with it and they have come out. I really like them. Over the years, they have been really good for us. They are knowledgeable, they know their products. They are prompt. They have great customer service. The two girls that work there, they don't give you problems. They take care of you. They have got the information and everybody that I have dealt with seems to be very knowledgeable about their business and about their products.

Excellent, excellent, and excellent. I could not have asked for it to be better. Quality, customer service, price. I will be calling them again when I move!

I can't tell you how much I've spent with them (it's a lot) but whatever I spent, I got more than I paid for!



My first experience with Air-Max was a result of my GC subcontracting them to provide a new condenser and air-handler for a new addition to my home. They subsequently added a humidifier for the addition.



I used them again a year later to replace the entire system in my existing home as well as to add-on electronic air cleaners. I had them back to provide additional zoning with separate thermostat on the addition and am now preparing to have them back again to add on a dehumidifier for my existing home.



There are not enough words to describe my satisfaction with his company. They are courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the HVAC industry. They provided me with enough detail and choice to make educated decisions on what I needed and when. The quality of the equipment they provide is well above par and the quality of their installation and service is well beyond any expectation.



Over the course of the past 3 years they have provided at least one, emergency service call as well as semi-annual preventative maintenance service to include every component in my system. They schedule appointments, call when they are on their way, tell you whatever you want to know about what they did, explain what issues were found, if any and what they have done to correct them, and walk you through the entire process.



I will use them as long as they are in business - which I hope outlasts me! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service. If other companies were as good as I believe Air-Max is, they would be very successful.

The service tech arrived on time and completed assessment of problem on 7/5/13. He did not charge for a complete service of a/c as it was not needed. The part for the wheel blower had to be ordered. In addition I inquired about a programmable thermostat. He gave me a rough estimate. Another tech returned on 7/12/13 to complete the job. That tech was also prompt and completed the job. He showed my husband and I how to set the thermostat. He set the program to our specifications. We have used this same company in the past and received excellent response and service.

The technicians are alright. They are professional.

Courteous, on time, professional. Job performed, and he was in-and-out.

Called on a hot Friday evening about 6PM. My AC had just gone down. They called me back promply and gave me an approximate time of arrival (he had two repairs before mine). He called me again when he was on his way. Made repairs and gave me some maintenance suggestions and was gone in about 35 minutes. I couldn't ask for anything more.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and courteous. They did everything they said they would do. They explained the whole operation to me. I would use them again in the future.

Received recommendation for Air Max from an engineer providing an estimate on replacing insulation in our home. This engineer indicated that Doug, at Airmax, did an excellent and honest job of accurately determining appropriate heating and cooling needs. Called Doug. He was responsive and professional. Gave me many options in terms of quality and price. He also patiently answered all of my questions. Once I indicated I was interested in working with them, the units were installed within a week.

I am very happy with them. I've used them for years and they are very professional. Their technicians know what they are doing. I've never had any issues with them. I have air conditioning units that are 12 years old and they have had to replace parts at times and they know exactly what to do and how to do it. That is what I am paying them for. They do a good job. They are not probably the cheapest but they do know what they are doing. I am very satisfied with their work.

I like that Air-Max Heating and Cooling is pleasant and courteous. They are very thorough in making sure everything is done to my satisfaction. Also, they clean up very well.
