WEST ELM

West Elm delivered the bed frame. The contractors were messy, unkempt and swore a lot. It took them 45 minutes to realize they were short a piece. We were left sleeping on the floor for another four days before they came back with the missing item. Also they left a mess. It was about a month later when my wife discovered there were three pieces of jewelry missing. The contractors were the only people who had been in our house, and there was no break in. We contacted West Elm who promised to give us the contact number for the contractors. They never got back to us.

They were in the bedroom for about 45 minutes before they said they were one piece short, and then they left. We were left sleeping on the floor for a further four days before they came back and put the thing together. A month passed and then my wife realized some jewelry was missing. These were the only people who had been in the house. West Elm said they would get back to us with the contact details for the affiliates who did the assemblage. We have heard nothing from West Elm since our original phone call to complain.
