Description of Work: They were punctual and responsive when they did a diagnostic service on the air conditioner, and told me I needed to replace the unit entirely. I had another company come out to check it. They gave it a thorough cleaning and it has been working perfectly since then. I may need to replace the unit at some point but, obviously, not yet! I don't think Weathermakers did anything shady, they were just wrong about needing a new unit at this time. Always get a second opinion before spending a lot of money on a new unit.
