Tri-Systems Group Inc

I first contacted Try-Systems Group to get an estimate, but did not choose them because I found a company that was $10 cheaper on the hourly rate.  After several broken appointments with this other company, I called Tri-Systems back.  First, let me just say that the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant.  He promised me that a technician would be at my house the next morning by 8:30am. 
I've worked in the hospitality business for over 15 years, so I tend to notice things that may not be of importance.  I will try to keep it short and sweet.  The next day the technician arrived right on time, clean cut and had a uniformed shirt.  He was able provide me with a quote and explain the problem in less than 30 mintues.  Basically, another breaker and wires needed to be installed because my usage was more than what the existing breaker for the kitchen could handle.   It took the technician about an hour to get everything done. 
Overall I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and speed in which the work was done. Even though it cost more than the other company, it was well worth it.  I would definitely use them again.
