Jeff is great!! We have used him a couple of times in the past month. We had him install 2 alarm systems on 2 vehicles and had him repair connections on gps tracking devices on 2 other vehicles. His prices are fair and the job is done when he says it will be done, which is very important when you have a fleet of commercial vehicles. We are so glad we found Jeff, he will be taking care of all of our vehicles from now on.

They are the best. It's his own business, he and his wife help me out. He takes care of things and I have had issues with things, and when I take them in to get repaired, he honored the warranty and there was no charge. I was quite impressed. He was very easy to work with and helpful. I would reccommed anyone to that business.

He is excellent. He does window tinting, Sirrius/XM radios, and alarms. He does all the work on our commercial business vehicles and my personal vehicles too. He is just awesome. I was having trouble with my doors locking with the alarm that he installed. He had me bring it in to fix and he didn't even charge me since he had put in the alarm. I had to have the back windows motor repaired at another place and he worked with them in tinting the windows. He helped me one time I had the alarm going off because someone broke into my car and he was calm and walked me through it to reset it so it would go off. He is very reasonable.

I had a Viper Smart Start system installed in my car at Total Auto Protection.Jeff, the owner, was professional and kind. The system was installed in record time and Jeff took extra time to make sure I was all set up with the company so the Smart Start was totally functioning and running when I left the shop. He also was extremely patient when I called just about every day for to weeks to ask questions about the system! I highly recommend this shop to everyone and plan on returning myself when it's time to upgrade!

When I bought a 2008 Honda Accord for my daughter I wanted the alarm done right so I paid through the nose to have it done by the dealer. I got the works, Clifford x2 and Lojack all tied into the factory alarm. Around May of 2011 the car would go dead after a couple days of not being driven. My local dealership said it was the aftermarket alarm causing the drain and said I need to go back to whoever installed it. I went back to the Honda dealership where I bought the car and they said that it was installed so long ago (3 years) they don't know which vendor installed the different alarms and it would take three days of research to find out. I needed to ship the car out to California to my daughter who was in college asap and decided to take a quick look under the hood myself. I instantly saw such an incredibly half assed wiring job that I decided I was not trusting this to the person/company who installed it in the first place. I found good reviews on Yelp for Jeff at Total Auto Protection and gave it a shot. Jeff was awesome, went out of his way to accommodate me and fixed the problem and redid the lousy original wiring for about $50. It was immediately obvious in how he dealt with the car and the job he really knew his stuff and really cared. It's rare here in Miami to find someone who really takes pride in a job well done and it seems Jeff (who is also the owner) is one of those individuals.
