The main part of the work was done, but the pond was not done, and now I have to look for someone to re-do the work that he left undone. I have attempted to contact him several times but he is not being unresponsive. He told that he guarantees his work but now he had abandoned his work for me and he is no longer responding to any of my calls. The pond that he worked on is not working properly and the pump is now damaged due to the pond water kept emptying with water. He is working with his father-in-law, and I have learned that they are hiring illegal people to work for them. All he need to do is refund me back my money so I can hire another professional to the job that he was supposed to do.
