Both the Spa and Grill Island I purchased from this company had issues from the start and they never resolved them for me. I am still dealing with issues. Stay away from this place, They are eager to sell but not to provide customer service after the fact. They are incompetent and aggressive, unprofessional and rude. I have never been so disappointed in a store. I would strongly recommend staying clear away from this store. Do not trust them.

"Hi [Member Name Removed] We are sorry you feel that way, we have been very nice to you and your partner. We convinced the manufacturer to replace the tile components, which were no longer under warranty and had them shipped at no charge, once arrived you couldn't install them yourself, we offered you our services at a discounted rate. We scheduled and showed up in the rain and determined it was best to continue repairs on a dry day. We returned and started working, grinding away and cutting tile, we noticed our blade was chipping the tile and not cutting great, so it was our recommendation to replace the blade, we didn't have one and needed to purchase. Understanding that, we offered to return the following morning 8am to 10 am, as we determined the scope of work, your persistence of 100% exact replications of original look was not something we could promise and could not make you happy, so leaving the job site was our only option. We feel the "F" rating is not fair but we value all opinions and hope you reconsider that rating and our service. Feel free to contact me at 305-629-9998 Thank you Edwin"
