T&S Roofing Systems

After thorough investigation in choosing a roofer this was my finding. I interviewed four companies, two were recommended from my insurance company and two I found doing my own research. My finding was as follows: Two companies had an estimator to come out and quote the price. At this point choosing who to select all one has is the first and only meeting face-to-face with the estimator. Those two companies sent out a person to quote a price only. That was their biggest mistake. The only real feeling a homeowner can get is from the first impression gained from the contractor and likely you will not meet again. As with any job interview, first impressions count. Those 2 companies had no salesmanship, not much knowledge of the product they are selling, not much interest in making a deal, not much enthusiasm in promoting their business, not much love in acquiring the consumer or interest in convincing the consumer why they are the contractor for the job. This is the only meeting you will have to decide, yes or no. Because I have selected the right person who loved his job and took the time to thoroughly explain all details and it was obvious that he was proud to work in T&S Roofing. Since we had spoken over a 30min period I knew without that this was the roofing contractor assigned to my home especially since the sales manager called me himself. He also was very impressive and knowledgeable in answering all my questions with interest in cementing the deal. I was also scheduled a meeting with the sales manager at his office, face to face. My final meeting before the commencement of the job was with my assigned project manager at my house. He answered all my questions and concerns truthfully and was very transparent about the entire process at hand. T&S was a bit more expensive than the other 3 bids but believe me, you get what you pay for. The piece of mind and everything else that goes with it. I have found T&S Roofing to be extremely professional in all dealings. They know what they are doing and I have found them to be extremely honest, trustworthy and meticulous in all their work. I am happy and proud to give T&S Roofing my recommendation only because they have earned it and deserve it. I must say that I am also proud of myself in only settling with the best, T&S Roofing!!!! T&S Roofing replaced our entire roof in the winter of 2018 after hurricane Irma damaged it. The work was done quickly and on budget. The crews were friendly and worked diligently. Special mention should be made of the assistance of T&S Project Mgr., Jorge Mosquera, who coordinated with us payment arrangements in our absence (we were on vacation for 2 weeks during the project), to keep the project on schedule. T&S Roofing completed our roof replacement with a new shingle roof. It was completed in just 5 total working days including final inspection. Roof looks great and we are pleased.

Amazing is all I have to say. From the start of the project until the end of the project it was an amazing experience. Everyone always had answers to our questions and Bryan our project manager was always available. Their head Project manager Troy Davis is just wonderful. I will definitely use T & S again.

T&S Roofing Systems, Inc. replaced my roof, which was damaged in Hurricane Irma. My son met with Angel to get an estimate while my husband and I were out of town and he was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism (My husband and our son are both Construction Superintendents.) Work could not begin right away, which is understandable because of the number of homes that sustained damage in the hurricane. T&S kept us updated and our project manager, Jorge, informed us along the way so we could set expectations on the schedule. The crews worked diligently and provided a quality product. Overall, we are pleased with this experience.

My experience with T&S was extremely favorable. From the first communication to schedule an estimate, to the final walk through, everyone exceeded my expectations. Very friendly customer-service oriented employees throughout the organization. My project manager, Jorge, was extremely good at communicating during the process. My roof was completed within one week!! They took steps to protect my property during the process. With any major project there can be a couple hiccups, but that's to be expected and especially when companies have to deal with the Miami labor market. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I don't always like to refer people, but I have no hesitation referring T&S.

After Hurricane Irma destroyed my roof I called T&S Roofing. After an inspection and signing all the contracts they started the job very quickly after. I was amazed when the crew showed up with all the material needed for a complete roof. Modern heavy duty equipment was used to place everything on the roof and in seven work days the new roof was completed. Jorge Mosquera kept on top of the project and always advised of the progress and schedule on a Daily basis. The work crew did a great job, they were very professional clean and neat. On this day we (the Cohen Family) finalized all matters concerning the replacement of our roof. The construction began on December 26, 2017. From the beginning the crew was timely, efficient, and hard working. Management was always cooperative keeping us up to date to all matters concerning start up dates and processes and finalization of the project. On site managerial staff, Jorge Mosquera, was outstanding. Jorge was always available, always willing to answer all our questions, and always professional. Jorge was able to make an extremely important situation concerning our home as smooth as humanely possible. Jorge provided the clarity to all of our important and detailed questions. The entire T & S crew was professional and did a job that we are more than satisfied with. We would certainly recommend this roofing company and Jorge on to others.

It's been two months. I left a request through Angie's list in early October. I never received a call or response through Angie's list. I also visited T&S web site and left a request and phone message and still I have not heard back. I realize that Hurricane Irma caused a huge demand on the roofing industry, but I am surprised and disappointed that I have not even received a courtesy response to all my attempts from such a highly reputable company. I would still like to hear from them to schedule a site visit and obtain the requested quotations and would certainly update the review based on T&S’s responsiveness. Thank you for your help.

I didn’t think the process of getting a new roof would be so easy. T&S Roofing and their team have made this experience so easy and seamless with level of professionalism and expertise that is hands down fantastic! My husband and I were blown away with their proposal, which included copies of important documents, referrals, photos and 2 detailed options. Once the project got started, their team was efficient, tidy and had an attention to detail that far exceeded my expectations. I went in person and setup an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate. The day of the appointment two weeks later, nobody shows up or calls. I call the next day, they apologize take my number and say someone’s gonna call. 5 days later, no call. I call again, same thing, they apologize and say someone’s gonna call. Days later, you guessed it, nothing. I do this 3 more times, this time they say a supervisor is going to call and nothing. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Troy with T&S roofing is hands down best in the business! Helped me track down a leak that was due to the gutter and parapet wall not being sealed correctly. Took care of the waterproof coating in a timely manner.

3 days after Hurricane Irma, T&S Roofing was at the door at 7:30am ready to begin our re-roofing project. In the matter of 8 full working days I had the roof replaced with my brand new tile. Every time we had a concern or question we were responded in the matter of minutes from our sales rep Angel to our project manager Jorge. Their efforts and professionalism were definitely tested through the Hurricane and rains. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and made this an easy process for our family. If you are in need of a roofing contractor look no further! Thanks to the entire team for an outstanding job and a new beautiful roof!

I contacted T&S Roofing via their website for an estimate to repair damage to my roof due to Hurricane Irma. A very pleasant young lady finally called me two weeks later. After asking a series of questions regarding the scope of work she advised me that, due to the high demand for roofers, a $200 deposit is required to schedule an estimate to repair my roof. I declined to pay for the estimate - no work done.

Couldn't be happier with this companies work, work ethics, customer service, punctuality, communication and services! It all started with Maycol Delgado who came to my property measured the roof, gave me all the details and got everything in motion. No matter when I called he picked up no matter what I asked he had the answer and always in a very nice and professional manner. I had the pleasure to meet the whole team behind the job including the actual roofers who I spent time with on the actual job and everyone was amazing. Then when I thought it couldn't get any better, Troy Davis the project manager comes along! Very humble human being always answered every question, text, emails and voice mails effectively and Efficiently! Very professional, nice and as annoying as I was with 32 questions per second he never got annoyed by them. He always found a way to make things happen! By far the best experience I ever had with any roofing company. I know this review is long but they deserve it. The job was done to perfection I couldn't be any happier. Guys... save your time and money looking for another roofing company.. whatever you guys are looking for.. they have it. I wouldn't waste my time typing this up if it wasn't true. T&S Roofing finished my roofing project in a timely manner. The entire personel from Angel our roof consulatant to Jorge our project manager were professional, communactive and personable. Even through Hurricane Irma, T&S made all the efforts to start and finish our roof on schedule. We are super happy with our roof and we have already reffered them to our front door neighbor. Overall, T&S Roofing was professional and punctual. It took a few months to get the roof done because of permit issues. A little pricey, roof started off at $10k ended up at $18k because of add-ons that we’re not included. The roof did come out very nice, however.
