My tankless hot water heater stopped working one morning and I hate cold showers. Lazaro worked me into his schedule and found that the problem was the wiring, possibly not the heater. He contacted an electrician, who correctly rewired the unit and found that the heater still did not work. He replaced it with a new tankless water heater. I appreciated his collaboration with an electrician and waiting to see if the unit needed to be replaced before installing a new one. He was trustworthy, professional, and accomodated my schedule.
