Appliance Repair
I was very satisfied with the service. Billy came, assessed the problem quickly, but was unable to complete the job in one trip because it involved thawing the ice in the refrigerator drain. He returned the same day after leaving a fan flowing in the refrigerator and got the job done with hot water, a turkey baster, and a long piece of plastic to help clear the tube. He installed a heat probe from another refrigerator make (Whirlpool) because Samsung has not come up with a "fix" for this common problem. A week later and we haven't noticed any water or ice below the deli drawer. (Crossing fingers.) We were very pleased with the provider, his attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to educate.
