Repairman came and said need new ice maker took. $500 deposit Two weeks later repairman installed new ice maker It did not work Called Monday to request help Received no return call Called again and told only time available was Thursday After saying you advertise same day service and? By the way? You now have $1500 of my money the dealer? David, was horribly abusive, told me I don’t have the ability to deal with people and take the time or leave it I am dusgusted

I thought I was dealing with an authorized Sub Zero dealer, but in fact I was not. And according to Sub Zero home office I was overcharged by about $500. Gasket replacement s still giving me problems.
