Could not have been better - real old-fashioned small-town style service that you rarely see here. The initial install was good too.

Satisfactory work, $382.00 labor charge for 4.5 hours,1.5 of them the plumber breaking the wall with a hammer and chisel while waiting for a drill tool to be brought by an associate. I didn't think to ask if I could choose what kind of assembly, and ended up with a generic, cheap fixture for which I was charged $135.00. Much less at Home Depot. Tried to sell another service, which after much questioning, learned I did not need. Lesson learned: ask lots of questions, and know what you need and want. Plumber did clean and dispose of debris. Company did not follow up with a call to see if work was satisfactory, or return when asked for an estimate to replace tub, sink,toilet, which has to be done by a manager. Maybe they are too busy.
