I had arranged for my carpet to be cleaned.  The advertised deal was not available as I live on the eighth floor, but Stainless Steemer merely added a small surcharge in order to come upstairs.  I had to be in the hospital before the carpets could be cleaned, but the service worked with my cousin, so that the job was done before I returned home.  My cousin needed to fly out because of the snowstorm in the Northeast and arranged with Stainless Steemer to come the morning she had to leave.  They took care of the work in a timely and excellent manner.

The team were incredibly professional and efficient.  Before beginning the work, they placed safeguards on the walls to avoid any damage from the hoses and when they were done, they cleaned up and left everything immaculate.  Would definitely recommend the services!
