This company is a fraud and should stop operating as soon as possible. I thought I was the only one and maybe just a rare case but seems like they do this to a lot of people. Its seems like they have gotten lazier or just don’t care in scamming people and getting caught. It has been less than 3 months, and my house has termites. I opened my ceiling and realized it was full of termites. The termites are literally walking around. I made a video and contacted them. They’re response was its subterranean termites. They never came to my house, and they never did a physical inspection. Just saw the video said they are subterranean termites and you only bought to exterminate drywood termites. I notice on some other reviews they at least went to the property and took a sample of the termites and took it to a “lab” to determine they are subterranean termites, but I guess I wasn’t “lucky” enough. I told them how you know through a video that they are subterranean termites, does the termites have a sign on their back saying “we are subterranean termites?” the representative just said I know and if you want those remove it will cost more money because you only bought to exterminate the drywood termites. When I asked about my warranty, they said I didn’t have one because they are subterranean termites, so pretty much the so call “warranty” is nonexistent. When we made the contract, I told them I want all the termites to be gone, they didn’t explain the types of termites and that they are only going to get rid of one, so they literally scam you. It self-explanatory if a client says I want to get rid of all termites they do all termites. In the contract they just checked off drywood termites and the subterranean termites they call it by its name “Formosan termites” so that way they can get you. Any person who is not an expert or doesn’t have any knowledge on extermination wouldn’t know what “Formosan termites” are would just listen to the expert when you tell them I want to get rid of all termites (that’s why you are hiring them). They literally do this on purpose so if you take them to court, they are protected because the Formosan termites wasn’t checked off. They mislead the client and lie about their job and what they are exterminating. They tell you yes, we will get rid of all termites and elaborate how they use the best product, etc., but they know that there might be another type and when you find out all they say ok now you can pay for this type. This company is disgusting, and they have been doing this for quite some time. Look at the reviews in last 12 months its all the same issue.

Beyond disappointed. Bottom line is -- If I ever needed tenting again, or anyone I know need tenting, would I consider them? No. The staff is nice enough, I didn't have any problems with rudeness or anything. My issue is with how they handle issues, and a BIG one at that. They tented my property on a Monday. On Weds morning they went to "clear" the place for re-entry. They sent me a message saying it was safe to reenter. I let my tenants know that it was now safe to go back in. They arrived about 12 hours AFTER SPC had told me it was safe to re-enter. By 2am, my tenants had bloodshot eyes, throat soreness and were feeling bad overall. Thursday morning I go to meet with my tenants. I did not enter the property because I am 8 months pregnant, but all 4 tenants had bloodshot eyes and were feeling terrible. They also had 2 guests visits that had the same reaction within 20ish minutes. My husband went into the place to check it out. Within 10 minutes, he felt the same way. I contacted SPC. Their response was really underwhelming. They just brushed it off "Ah, it must just be the pepper spray we use as a warning agent, just wash your eyes out, they'll be fine!". Um... what? One of my tenants is undergoing chemotherapy for cancer. How am I supposed to tell her that?? Obviously I felt terrible for the tenants. They no longer felt safe in the house, and so I had to: 1) reimburse them for the month's rent and 2) pay extra to them so they can find a temporary solution on 4th of July week, when everything was overbooked in Miami. How much did all of this cost me? $3500. I contacted SPC multiple times, every time, they were very apathetic to the whole thing "oh man, that sucks"... "Weird, that never happens"... "they just need to wash their eyes and wait and they will be fine". They physically came to the place, walked inside for 2 minutes, came out, and said that everything "was fine" and that it was ok for re-entry now. I had a cleaning service go on Friday to clean up the place. She did not even know about the tenting or the issue, and complained within 15 minutes that her eyes were burning and her throat was bothering her. I explained to SPC everything that happened, including to who I assume was the owner (Roger). I had to take 2 days off of work to fix this whole issue, lost $3,500 in cash, and had to close up the place for 3 weeks just to make sure I don't keep exposing people to harmful chemicals. Things happen that are out of our control sometimes. I understand it was probably a freak occurrence that maybe they miscalculated the product by mistake, or whatever. What was appalling is that they took zero interest in making things right. I refunded my tenants 100% and paid for their temporary stay out of pocket because I think it was the right thing to do. These guys didn't bother to make things right. "oh wow, weird, that's never happened before" is all I got out of them. Thankfully all 9 people that were affected recovered within a few days, but this was a scary, horrible and VERY expensive experience -- one which SPC did not show any intention in helping me correct.
