Our washing machine was filing up with water for no reason. The entire garage was flooded. They came out and determined that the flow switch was broken. It was not possible to fix this situation, so they tried to shut off the water from the valve, the valve broke. One problem led to another problem. The owner is brilliant and was able to take care of this issue and stop the flooding. He was able to change and put on brand new hot and cold valves. We are forever grateful to him! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and use them again if we needed too! His fees are reasonable as well.

Excellent work, they showed up a little early.The plumber explained everything and even showed me how I can do some of the work myself.

He had to get on the roof to snake out a drain. Took his time but was professional and got the job done. Did not try to sell us anything we did not ask for which is rare.

They did their work very timely.

My experience with them is always good. They are great. The gentleman in charge is at least 80 years old and probably been doing the work since he was very young, has tremendous experience, work on a problem, analyze it, and sometimes he help with the work but he has a crew that come in to do the work. They are excellent and their pricing is good, work is good, honest, and I could not ask for a better person to deal with.

Don't know what we would have done if not for Tom. We did not think he ad 24 hour service so we called a z24 hour service provider who said they would possibly have someone out in 3 hours!

Woke up to a badly leaking tub faucet. Tom came out immediately and it was fixed in no time for a reasonable price for an emergency on a Sunday morning.

Great job! I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Gami changed the garbage disposal and replaced a pipe. Problem solved. I will definitely use them again!

They had to go on the roof to unstop they drain

We agreed on half the cost. The bolts holding the sink handles never fixed. Shocked to see them rusting.

The gentleman came prompt; did his job professionally and efficiently. Once he was done, he still had time to advise as to what we needed to do for a a runny faucet and tightened it so it wouldn't leak as much. Would definitely use this company again!

Serviceman arrived on time, examined toilets, and made adjustments. I thought I needed a new toilet but he explained the problem and it was a simple adjustment. He was very polite and helpful.

I will keep working with them.

After years of suffering with a water pump that broke down constantly and also couldn't seem to maintain decent water pressure, I found South End Plumbing, and within a day they were out there and fixed the problem. They also called the next day to find out how things were going, which was a huge plus in my book! They came back the following week, just for a checkup, found a small leak and fixed it free of charge. After twenty years of dealing with low pressure that I assumed was my well, in fact....it was my last plumber!!! Now I have water pressure, no leaks, and I will never call anyone else!

They came recommended. I would use them for any plumbing needs that I have in the future.

I have used them for many years. They are very good. They are capable of doing pretty much anything, large and small projects. They are prompt and professional. I would recommend them.

It was a Friday morning and my drains started backing up. I called South End Plumbing and they went out of their way to get a plumber out to the house right away. In 30 minutes David showed up at the house. He was extremely competent and very neat. He had to snake out the line from the house to the street to dislodge a blockage. The clean out vent was in the middle of my bushes and he did not damage any of them! He quickly found the problem (about 30 feet out) and cleared it. I even managed to get to work on time. This company is amazing, I will definitely use them again.

I've had them out to the house several times. Some of the guys are more professional than others. Overall they new what to do and did their jobs quickly.

These people are the best.
