At first everything was fine. They provided a very nice design. The sales lady accompanied us to the granite supplier and was very accommodating. There were some bumps in the road during installation, but nothing more than inconvenience. The real hassle came ten months after final acceptance. We had three warped doors. When I called for warranty work I was told they would have to get permission from the owner, the mythical Steven. They agreed to replace the doors and wanted to know if we wanted to pick them up or should they ship them to us. I replied that the installer should bring them with him when he does the installation. The reply was that they don't install under warranty, that we would have to install ourselves. I had to look up the implied warrant statute in my Florida Construction Law Manual, copy same and email it to them. A week later I received an email that the y would be scheduling the installer within a week. It took a little longer, but finally got done. I should not have had to quote Florida law.
