SEPI PAINTING & WATERPROOFING

Our association had used Sepi for similar work previously and we were very happy with the work they had done.  As it was time to do it again we obviously decided to call on Sepi again.  Their pricing is very competetive and they are very professional in making appointments or returning calls/emails (which is very difficult to find in the Miami area).They made the process very easy for us by obtaining the proper city permits and receivng approval on the paint colors (our building is the Historic Art Deco District).  Even with days upon days of rain they were able to begin the job ahead of schedule and complete it in a very timely manner.As the association president I normally am in charge of overseeing any projects in the buidling.  I had to be out of town for the majority of the work-time and our secretary took over the duties.  She could not have been more complimentary about Spei, their crew and their performance.  They went above and beyond compared to any other company we have ever hired, even helping to clear away some palm fronds brushing against the rooftop area.We would cetianly recommend SEPI to anyone and we will be sure to call them for any needed work in the future.
