I reached Rick by phone and he agreed to replace the compressor on my AC. He called back with a quote after he had located the compressor for my unit and also agreed to clean the indoor coil in the process for a little more. We set up a time and date for the service and although he did not arrive as soon as expected and I had to leave for work, he replaced the compressor and did the indoor work while I was at work. At first, the AC did not perform as expected and seemed to have less capacity. I called Rick to complain about the performance and he came back and adjusted the refrigerant again while I was at work for no extra charge. After a couple of days the unit began to cool the house as it did before the AC went out. We are very happy to have a cool house again.
