Great! Ray and his crew showed up on time and were very thorough, conscientious about details and when we wanted to add additional work, he did not hesitate to do so. Ray and his crew are the best contractors that we have ever dealt with here in south Florida. Now, if we could only find a plumber, carpenter, landscaper, roofer, etc., comparable to Ray, we would be very happy indeed.

Ray and his crew did an excellent job cleaning, preparing and painting the exterior of my house. I appreciated his responsiveness to my inquiry and timeliness with regard to his inspection of the house and quote offered. Ray communicates well and I was comfortable with his written estimate and discussion of the details and timeline of the job. The work started on time, as promised. The roof, driveway pavers, patio and house were thoroughly pressure cleaned. Even the keystone trim was bleached and restored in the cleaning phase. The house was repaired of minor defects and cracks and primed for painting. Two coats of high-quality paint were applied after a small section of the house was painted to verify color. Care was taken to protect windows and doors from stray paint droplets. The work took just over a week to complete, allowing for a weekend and one rain day. Ray inspected the house before finishing and touched up a couple of small areas to insure a perfect result. Ray's experience, knowledge, professionalism and friendliness made this one of the more pleasant experiences I have had in home improvement and repair. I have no hesitation to recommend him highly for home pressure cleaning and painting needs. I'm looking forward to working with Ray on painting the interior of my house in the near future.

Ray and his team did an excellent job. Before the job, he would follow-up on the status of the decision, and provide good advice on timing, and order of operations. They had very good attention to detail, without rushing the job. Always pleasant to talk to, as well as accommodating on adjustments. We are very happy with how it all came out. The house looks great. He also has excellent referrals for other services to enhance the exterior such as plasterers, and handyman.

Ray Painting Corp. is a very professional company. I needed to repaint my rental property (4- plex apartment building in North Miami. Ray the owner, came out and gave a very completive estimate and discussed all options That might be considered: painting the doors, building trim colors, filling in wall cracks, and paint selection. His workers always arrived early and put in a full 8-hour day. His workers were very professional, and many with Ray for over 8 years. Which I found to be a testament to the good character of Ray. EXCELLENT. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Ray responded immediately to my contacting them. The owner came out and walked the property with me and sent me a written estimate by email in 2 days. He or his daughter were on the property every day while painters were here. He brought me samples the day after I picked them out. The painters cleaned up all their tools every day and left them in one place. They arrived EARLY all 7 days of the job. They paid close attention to my plants and palms. The owner came back and walked the entire property to make sure I was satisfied. They went above & beyond cleaning the patio and making sure all the furniture and plants were back exact spot. I will be hiring them in them near future for my interior painting.

I could not have asked for a better experience! I shopped around and got quotes from different companies and Ray beat them all. Not only was he more affordable but went far beyond the job I was expecting. The detail that him and his crew put in exceeded my expectations by far. They are genuinely the full package as they pressure cleaned the (entire) house, replaced rotted wood, painted little details such as camera mounts and even installed my new outdoor wall lights for me. Ray's Painting is one of the most professional home contractors companies I have dealt with in South Florida. Ray showed up on time for the estimation and every day for the work. His price was very fair and the valuable received far exceeded the price. First, he prepared the entire house and roof for painting, which means washing the house twice, patching holes, fixing cracks, caulking, replacing soffits/fascia etc. They took their time in the preparation phase (2-3 days) and did a great job. They were careful and considerate in their work and took care of outdoor furniture, appropriate covering of windows and doors, removal of lights etc. They then painted the roof and house and they did a fantastic job. My wife and I are very pleased. Ray and his crew were very professional, pleasant, courteous and respectful. They far exceeded my expectations and their demeanor and work was a very pleasant surprise given the low quality of contractors in South Florida. I highly recommend Ray's Painting.

I did my due diligence and received multiple quotes for my project and Ray provided the best value. Having said that, I could tell when I met Ray that he was very professional and genuine. Even so, I still requested a couple more quotes. I am so glad that I chose Ray’s Painting because he and his team have done an outstanding job! Ray provided some feedback when I asked for his opinion and you can tell the gentleman is well versed in his trade. Ray and his team pressure cleaned the roof and pavers and also painted the house. PERFECT! Ray came out & gave me a quote--his price was better than others, because it included the paint. (I got the city permit because it was free for homeowners to get a permit for a color palette review.) He pressure washed the wall removing rust & dirt, but he didn't take any money until the painting was finished. Wall got prepped, primed, & couple coats of paint--it looks wonderful!! He was always punctual & even gave me guidance on color & sheen. Definite rehire.

In short, Ray and his crew are AMAZING! Professional, punctual, friendly, responsive, meticulous -- just all-around great people and a terrific company to work with. They painted the entire exterior of our Coral Gables house, including the front door (which was badly sun-damaged) . This involved spray-washing, priming, filling old shutter screw holes (we put in impact windows and didn't need the shutters anymore), and applying two coats of paint. They finished the job today (Friday) and when they left I realized that I will be a little sad not to have them around come Monday morning! If only every contractor could be this pleasant and professional to work with, the world would be a much happier place. Don't waste your time getting quotes from other painting companies -- just hire Ray! You won't regret it.

Ray's provided the best price, adjusted to my schedule, advised me very well on several changes that came up and overall did an excellent job. He also let me buy my own paint that preferred and referred me to an excellent carpenter to do needed wood work.

I've had issues with contractors over the years--late, don't call back, offer crazy estimates, do shoddy work--and so it's refreshing to deal with someone who offers a reasonable estimate ($1300 for exterior cleaning and "refreshing" of paint for several walls, trims, doors on a two-storey building in order to comply with code), arrives when he says he will, works diligently, and does not skimp on quality. Such a great experience. I would hire him again IN A SECOND. No hesitation. And I would refer and recommend him without reservation. I am keeping his info for my next painting or pressure cleaning needs.
