+ 2 moreOutstanding! Manny had some very original ideas and did quality work at a fair price. What most impressed me was his work ethic. He started work early and did not stop or slow down all day just went from item to item completing them without any breaks. I fully intend to hire Manny for all my future handyman and home repair work.

+ 3 moreExcellent workmanship, Manny was very affordable and dedicated. Performed an awesome job. We kept adding thing for him to do around the house, once we saw how really handy he was. We kept him around for almost a week working around the house. From replacing all the home soffit, facial boards, patching walls, replacing door looks and installing doors. He did an excellent job on the baseboards and crown moldings, I would truly recommend Manny for any of your home needs.
Description of Work: replace entire home soffit and facial boards. Remove and Replace locks. Baseboards and crown molding. Build outside deck.

RadiantTask LLC offers the following services: Bulk purchasing. The minimum charge for jobs lasting two hours or longer 10% discount, and larger jobs lasting four hours or longer receive a 20% discount. This is similar to a bulk purchase discount in a store. The more you buy, the larger the discount you get, and it ends up being cheaper per item. This shows that my pricing strategy is working, helps people, and is the success of my business. This has enabled me to build a reputation for my services, which has resulted in a larger customer base and a waiting list for my services. As a courtesy, I can test the water quality from your faucets with a water quality meter during my visit and inform you to any problems. The test is provided free of charge.
I am a handyman; and sometimes is usually all you need without all the bells and whistles. A handyman can legally do jobs and does not require the same requirements as do contractors, this is permitted under Florida law. Unlike a contractor, a handyman is not required to be licensed, have insurance, or get permits. However, if the project is more complex or requires a permit, a licensed contractor is the better choice with a specialized skill set, it is best to hire a licensed contractor who is also insured. They may also require a larger budget and a longer timeframe to complete the job. This notice is provided pursuant to Florida law.
