Despite a satisfactory end result (the driveway surface), working with their Director, Mr. Varona was sometimes a little disappointing. To begin with, from the day the permit was pulled, the job took much too long .. probably due to other jobs having a higher priority.. This took its toll on our vehicles which spent 7 weeks on and off our grassy swales and in intense heat.. True, we had a few rainy-day delays but a few scheduled phases, during dry weather, did not take place when promised and this tied us to the house unnecessarily. On one occasion, their sub contractor came without the needed equipment causing a one day job (pressure washing, control joint scoring & driveway painting to take three days.  There also was a weeks delay becaused they misplaced a payment from my bank. Phone communications with Mr. Varona could have been better.
Although we were given to expect some oversight and supervision, during key phases, Mr Varona did not appear when the concrete was poured, & stamped nor when it was painted and sealed. Mr. Varona did not attend the final inspection by the city official and he has yet to see the finished job which .. in fairness, .. turned out fine.
I have to confess that things got a little testy at the begnning of the job relative to some landscape damage and again at the end of the project when we had a little disagreement regarding what was or was not part of the scope of work, but these matters have been resolved, 

Came to the house and gave estimate and promised us superb service. Work started with removal of tile. and then new tiles installed. Remodeling took a lot longer than promised, different workers almost every day., never on time or did not even show up.Would nor recommend this company.
